I was thinking more that he knows its going to be his last game for Chelsea
-
Got the 5 pound burgers to look forward to as well
-
Farsley Celtic is more of a suburb of Manchester but interesting never the less.
-
Scary thing is the wage bill of that team is sky high.
-
Broken leg twice says it all i'd stay well away plus he wouldn't be cheap.
-
If anyones interested i know some sports world/soccer shops has the 06/07 away kit now for 13.49
-
Now someones mentioned it i remembered in a recent Zoo magazine theres a SA column and he mentions that he feels sorry for Newcastle about the Owen situation.
-
If its between him or Sibierski i'd probably take Hasslebaink

Good good the earlier the better so we can start on getting the players in and out.
-
People who said they liked West Ham obviously forgot about the chants their fans said about our manager earlier this season i take it.
-
Back to the topic hes done very well in limited resources i can see him going to Man City as well.
-
For me yes, West Ham have got away with murder here and they know it.

If we revert to a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 I can see Luque staying and Dyer getting shipped out tbh. Dyer to spurs for around 4million if we are lucky. Ideally Joey Barton to replace him for about the same figure. Owen out for Anelka I'd love it if we could get both Ben Haim and Distin but i'll settle for one for now can't be too greedy

Mascherano has been great for Liverpool but thats only half a season i suppose. Forgot about Hamann did he play even once?
-
Totally agree here he will get rid of the half hearted players and get the best out of the under performers this year. End of this season couldn't come soon enough.

SA for me something which no one has mentioned yet is the regime that SA brings. Alot of old players such as Speed said they have benfited from his regime before games. For us it could mean less injuries and having the likes of Dyer, Emre etc fit for the whole season.

:pottytrain5: O'Leary is a good manager, or at least he was a good manager. He did really well with exciting young players at Leeds. At the time he was backed financially. Newcastle is the right type of club for O'Leary. O'Leary would fail at Bolton and Reading because he is a manager that needs money. But he could do really well with Newcastles cheque book. You can't blame him for Leeds debts. Thats the boards fault and Ridsdales. As long as O'Leary is supported by Sheppard and as long as Freddy only gives him money that Newcastle can afford then Newcastle wouldn't go the way Leeds have gone. I think O'Leary is actually a good suggestion! Any time I think of O'Leary, I think of the man who paid something like £10 million for an on-the-way-out Robbie Fowler when he already had Viduka, Kewell, Smith, Bridges, Keane. He also paid him so much that the club had to continue paying half his wages when they sold him. The man is a car crash of a manager IMO. I think they still are, not too sure though anyone clarify?

Are the stripes sewn on properly like the Blue Northern Rock kit? or are they being cheap and just stuck them on?

Chelsea in fairness did try to keep the ball on the deck most of the time, it was the way Liverpool had 10 men behind the ball and just kept hoofing it forward, but tbh it worked so i wouldn't be complaning. As for Chelsea i said at the start of the season that they wouldn't be the force they would be, i rather play against Shevchenko and Ballack than the likes of SWP, Robben, Duff (then) But i think the injuries to the likes of the flair players such as J.Cole and Robben didn't help
