I haven't watched the entire game, probably about 2/3s but for all their play Gordon's 2 chances were the best in the game. Guess the other 3rd had good chances for them.

How do you think Barnes got injured in the first place ?
-
And there will be sales even if not purples. I could see most of the current right hand side (Miggy, Murphy, Longstaff, even Trippier) moving on and even Joelinton if he holds out for too much.
-
Edit.... it was a Shinton double, Rafferty got the other.
-
Yeah, I think it might've been the season John Wark outscored our entire team.
-
I just mean in this years (23/24) yet to be published accounts that we'll be basing next seasons expenditure on.
-
My first away game was a win (Preston 3-2 with a Rafferty double), took years to see another, think it might have been Rotherham 5-1.
-
Willock can play the LCM and we don't have to play a middle 3 anyway.
-
Wouldnt the Champs league money be in there ? What sponsorships did we have for this season that wouldnt have been in the previous years accounts ?
-
A. If someone meets the clause then its up to the player. B. If someone else offers way above what we value him at then it makes sense to sell. C. I wonder how much we can raise through selling others and how much other revenue has increased ?

Like Trippier does a bit here.
-
Aye I misread your post, I meant them playing in tandem is something thing theyve both done to very good effects elsewhere.
-
Fuck, bad enough playing Man City 4 times a season, now we have Chelsea 3 times
-
A system they've both excelled in before at their previous clubs.
-
It's not an either/or but to compliment each other.
-
But Longstaff sticks rigidly to the right of centre. Tonali's a waste if we want him to do that. His best football internationally and when winning the title in Italy was very much central. And for what it's worth Bruno played in a similar system, successfully, in Lyon.
-
Couple that with having something to play for as well
-
The atmosphere now is better than it was for the majority of the Souness and Daglish time.
-
Replacement on the teamsheet, not on the pitch (role) is my guess.
-
It wasn't like. Maybe when the Leazes was up but since then the atmosphere often flattered yo deceive. If you stood in the middle of the Gallowgate centre it surrounded you and seemed better than it was from elsewhere in the ground. On occasion, like now, the whole place rocked but it wasn't the norm.
-
And when do you mean by "as it used to be" ? The past wasn't all it was cracked up to be.
-
Not just on us but all the other clubs that would fall foul, which would probably include the current too 7 or 8, the Spanish 2 or 3......see where I'm going ?
-
Smoke bombs ?
-
Draw would've been better.

Was and wasn't, keeps Man Utd close and Chelsea still have to work and are very up and down. For us, if either had to win I'd go for Chelsea.
