The ref told him to put the flag back up......Ritchie basically told him to fuck off
-
As a matter of opinion.
-
Didn't know where to put this but here seemed as good as any...... You know that there'll be a point towards the end of the season when Ŵillocks back, so is Isak, Anderson, Barnes can last 90 and we'll give someone a beating.......and we'll wistfully dream of what could have been.
-
Are you pinning that on the Joelinton injury?
-
Lies, damned lies and statistics.

Because we'll play the same way against Arsenal as we did today ? I'm not looking forward to next week, think we'll take a humping, but we've showed a few times especially this season we can change how we play, even if it's with the same players.

The 'ammer at work hates him and reckons he's not liked through the fan base.
-
I thought Bruno was quite wasteful, held on to it far too long at times and we nearly paid for it. He knows the situation we are in and sometimes tries too much. He's getting g booked V Arsenal to get the suspension out the way so get ya cash on that.
-
Probably his best game for us. Read the game a lot better from that position and passing was great. Still should be a year or two from being a first team regular but loads of potential. As much as him having to play hasnt been great for us it could pay off long term.

We'd drove to Gloucester the day before, had the night out there then got the train in and out of Cardiff. We were in Wetherby on the return for food and beer, rang a friend who'd went by coach, we're an hour or so from home, they hadn't left the car park. Great weekend, shite match.

If he doesn't, the book on him getting booked V Arsenal will be quite interesting.
-
He been playing centrally for Everton for a while and although when at Leeds he'd played wide he really wasn't a winger of the type we tried to make him play.
-
When he came we tried to play him wide which he then wasn't suited to. As soon as he came inside he was very good and was worth every penny we paid for him.
-
The Trippier coming inside bit is something we've used before for parts of games, usually from the Start, I don't think it's designed to be anything beyond setting games up and trying get the opposition thinking of what's happening.

Just won a pen in the Rotterdam derby.

Seems like Villa have turned the corner as well.
-
With Tonali in we'd be looking to dominate possession a bit more so I'd possibly prefer Joe W over Joe L. Nice options to have mind.
-
We didn't do that all game. More so the Trippier bit but it seemed to nullify MGW.

Our right back was vulnerable when Miley played over there. Is it just coincidence that Trippiers worst games came when Miley was on the right and Burns are when he's on the left ?
-
It'll be at Arsenal.
-
Re Hall, I think they see him as a very good prospect but not sure as to where. From what I've seen of him so far he looks more of a midfielder than defender.
-
The thing with whether Burn plays or not (personally today I'd play Tino) isn't as straightforward. We've looked better since Longstaff went back on the right but playing Tino with Miley on the left, possibly with Barnes leaves a leadership and experience gap on that side, Miley seems to need a lot of help off the ball, being told where to be etc. It may need to be a weakening in midfield (Longstaff back on the left in order to Trips to help Miley

Thatchers bloody Britain. Fog man back and rush keeper were the same thing as far back as Heath's Britain
-
If that had gone in it would've been the best goal I'd seen live. Great day out as well.

Speaks volumes.
