Could be now. Day off..... no game until next Saturday. I would be if I didn't have work in the morning.
-
I think we got two playing our strongest 8.
-
I wonder if there'd ever come a point with Chelsea and FFP where they are told they've been that poor that their next sponsorship has to be less than the current one ?
-
Are you forgetting that midfield 3 was also up against 6 for the most part ? They gambled on going man to man with our front 3 and nearly got caught but it ultimately paid off. Also in the first half Bruno escaped several times into fantastic positions to break but we didn't find him. Purely my opinion but with a Willock or Isak we win that comfortably.
-
On the team sheet he did, on the pitch he just bossed the middle and would tell Shelvey where he wanted him.
-
If it was you I'd grant it.
-
Hall ? He doesn't see himself as a left back and I don't think our staff do either. Tino is the short term fix
-
We all saw what was happening and he should've been subbed at HT at the latest. Looked angry with himself and was trying to do too much because of it. At least the bloke in L7 who booed him walking off got pelters and looked embarrassed.
-
He played on the right today, we were much better for it. Strangely Miley looked better for being left of the 3.
-
Eventually Kamara gets booked for his 7th deliberate foul.
-
We worked out a scale pre game in the pub, a defeat or draw for us was a disaster, us winning by 1 or 2 was neutral ground , everyones OK with that, anything more and it's a whooping.
-
You know we are getting Watford up here in the next round.........hang on, what's the catch and we'll have to play it simultaneously as we play Luton at home in the the league.
-
Love the French cup for that, teams from French Polynesia and New Caledonia. Like Barnsley playing Port Stanley.
-
Is it ? Isn't he saying she's a poor pundit because she's not as good as him at playing ?

"Home and away" Fredrik Ekelund (living in Brazil and all about the exuberance of South American football) and Karl Ove Knausgaard (Norwegian loves and sees the beauty in dour 0-0 draws) have a conversation by letter based around football and by extension, life. I read it on holiday on Menorca so my Northern European mindset could clash with heat and passion of the closest I could get to South America.....Iberia.

It's a system as old as time. It's a trade, put the work in first and get the pay off. That's how you got kids in the first place
-
I mean, agree a deal with your partner that they'll deal with 6am until 10am. Set the alarm for 4am. 8 cans should be enough, you can get a couple of hours before then, then celebratory snooze post match. Jobs a good'un.

Depends which part of Italy they are in
-
Seriously, I always have a beer in the fridge in case I get home and it's still on works time. It's the principle.
-
I'm the exact opposite, I go in and announce "I'm outta here as soon as possible"
-
Fuck it, go for it. I do for Steelers late games. (I earn loads of brownie points first like)
-
Are you off the rest of the day ?
-
It's a strange one the way both sets of fans are approaching it ,both playing it down a bit. Us as defeat would be a huge embarrassment, them as they fear a Sheff Utd style howking. On a side note one of the Mackems at work (good lad, we help each out a fair bit to get to matches, 30 odd year season ticket) has said its his last game if we are allowed any displays in the ground, Big flags etc that would have to be given permission. And a mate of a mate had his ticket but isn't going again after the black cat bar fiasco.
-
My bad, I misread. Edit.....my point about Burn and Bruno still stands though.
-
They've played in intense atmospheres already this season and done OK. I'd be more concerned about Dan Burn losing it should we be trailing or Bruno as he's looked frustrated recently and lashed out a couple of times.
