I thought the statement said only he 'the manager' could comment on team situations, including transfers? It said a lot of thing but it seems fairly obvious he's been told to say nowt. Just look at the Campbell deal and Ben Arfa saga.

Bullard is a good player but his injury record is awful and for that reason I'd steer clear. 15 games in 18 months for Hull.
