For the first time since this threads inception, I feel pessimistic. All the past cries of "where are the goals going to come from" now ring true. We have no one to score goals. We can't stop goals from being scored. Our manager is a clueless fuckwit shithead who sets his teams out in the least dynamic and attacking sense I can imagine short of literally playing a 10-0-0. 3.

IMO yes. I've said similar about this before but Souness at least had a competitive mentality. He wanted to go out and win games, win things. He was an absolute shitnado while here but at least he wasn't a craven, spineless twat. Just ... you know ... a twat.

I keep seeing that every stupid thing he does might be "one step closer" to the exit for him. Is this just trying to utilize the power of positive thinking?
