Didn't read that way, but mabye I'm crazy. Highlighting "Even O'Dreary in now would be a marked improvement on kinnear or hughton" and then saying "I don't believe it would be an improvement at all." would suggest he disagrees. edit: Don't want to clutter this page up with more Beartato so I'm editing in that I agree 100%, but if they're the only 3 in the running it has to be him. vvvvvvvvvv

I dont believe it would be an improvement at all. I don't see any redeeming qualities in Hughton that suggest he's ready to manage this team to anything but abject failure and humiliation, so I'll assume you're just making a comparison between Kinnear and O'Leary. For me, Kinnears health is always going to be a problem but more than that I don't think he's that good of a manager. O'Leary had a lot to spend at Leeds, fine, but not so much at Aston Villa, and I think did well enough for both clubs considering. Not my first choice by any stretch but in what ways do you feel Kinnear, or, God help me, Hughton is a better manager?

One thing is for certain. We cannot continue to drift like we are and have any hope of anything other than a mid or bottom table finish. It's been being said for weeks that he needs to get this done for the health of our season but these truly are the last days for it. Even O'Dreary in now would be a marked improvement on kinnear or hughton. But it wouldn't be enough - I think we'd struggle to make the playoffs. If Ashley has said he won't put any more money into the club then it doesn't matter who's in.

Ballack is a fucking monster, could have taken 3 of those tackles from evra at the same time without a scratch.
-
Ballack off the top rope with a flying elbow obliterates evra, man u didn't play to the whistle - all of the sudden it was 3 on 2 - and foster should have done better with lampards shot. Owen about to come on.

Wikipedia lists him at 6'2", same as Harper, but I swear the lads arms are a foot longer.

So glad I didn't have to cry in front of strangers. Shitting myself in stoppage time was enough embarassment.

Ugh. Wish I'd stayed in to watch this.
-
Probably just speaking to myself, but anyone around Atlanta can come and watch the game with me at Fado's in Buckhead. They'll be showing it live and do an excellent bangers and mash. A decent alternative to illegal streaming

What are peoples contingency plans like for when this inevitably falls through? Meself I've got a straight razor and a warm bath drawn.

I genuinely fear for Ashleys safety if he rejects it, I really do.

ok, well then. I still chucked up a little. He's probably imagined the whole thing anyway.

Talking about his holiday? No, about Arsenal's chances of winning the league this year. no seriously, is he? Yes they are talking about the Championship and mentioned Newcastle and said they would be speaking to him after 9pm. There is also a "Newcastle Special" on 5 Live tomorrow night. Well if Ashley doesn't sell he'll be in for a Newcastle Special Is that anything like a Cleveland Steamer? edit: learn something new every day. Called a Surrey Steamer in England

Is Thomo equally dead if DIC pull out because of the leak?

Is this forum in the grip of some kind of depression avoidance dementia? hahaha a press conference! 9 PM YESTERDAY!? ahahaha. The reality of our situation is crushing And the likelihood of it changing anytime soon is slim.

I like the guy and understand his decision to hand in the request, just wish there was anyone besides Hull fucking City interested.

I think you can copyright bullshit these days Based on the quality of their audio commentary last night its more likely their Sky/newspaper subcriptions have been cancelled You should change your username to Verbal Kint I wonder why i didnt think of that? Was verbal his real first name? I hope that's sarcasm.

I think he's sound, but I feel that while his love for the club and the game will always be there, that all consuming desire and drive from the first time around is gone and will never return. If I had to pick between the two, I'd feel Shearer would be the more solid long term choice. I voted neither, but I wouldn't complain with either either. edit: meaning I would have confidence under both of promotion.

We've got more chance of getting bought by Larry King. At least then we could get rid of Mick Lowes "Wingers - some say the modern game has made them obsolete, others swear by them. Linda in Hoboken, your thoughts?"
