Modric performance against us 2 years back at SJP was one of the best centre mid displays I've seen live.

I think if it wasn't for Souness he would have been at us for a few years. I always thought it would be Dyer that Souness would flog first, but I think Dyer was a trouble maker if he could get away with it, but wouldn't stand up to anyone like Souness.

Bellamy was top class for us, I believe he genuinley loved the club, he just had a petty argument with Souness and sadly that was curtains for him with us. Expected fuck all from him when he signed, then he scored against the mackems. Also got the goal against Feyenoord. Would have been a hell of a player for us, his technique improved drastically after he left us. I remember him saying "I don't score many of those" after curling one in against Southampton, over the last few years he's scored a fair few, a long with a few freekicks. Nice bloke too, does a lot for charity, bit of a twat on the pitch mind.

Sadly this forum has gone massively down hill, not many posters contribute much to the football forum apart from puns and posting pictures of Giggs. I don't mind that so much but when you have to look through 20 pages of people trying to out do each other using the lads surname it's a bit much.

I think it would be decent to have a few mackems on the board, providing it doesn't decline into slagging matches. Sadly most posters on this forum try and make any rival fan have a "RTG style meltdown" and the poster ends up getting into an argument. Some of the best posts on this forum come from people like Neil, Leffe and Brummmie. There has been some good mackems on in the past like Definitely Maybe, would be good to have a few more.
