Glad someone does He’s talking like the risk of losing £200 isn’t there and the £70 is a given and in his scenario the return is £270 and nothing is lost but I’m talking specifically about cashing out and yes the £70 is guaranteed but there is the chance of losing out on an extra £200 which I don’t believe £70 is high enough but that’s my opinion. End of the day if I had lost a bit and I needed the £70 I’d cash out but if it was for the enjoyment of the bet I’d leave it. Fuck me this thread is proper hard work at times Me? Where did I say that? I haven't said anything about the cash out, just your example of betting £200 to win £70 which doesn't make any sense in the cash out scenario or in any other way. Right now he has bet £2 and "won" £70 with it. Odds are never in your favour when you cash out as bookies always make money then but it can still be wise to use to negate the risk on a possibly significant win.

This is such a backwards take on betting. It shouldn't be about possible returns but probabilities. You would skip a 7/20 bet that in reality should be 1/6 or something just because of the returns? Your missing the point. He’s already put the bet on. I’m saying commit to the bet until the cashout is in your favour. I’d assumed my point was fairly obvious apologies if not I'm not missing any points. You basically said it would be stupid to bet £200 to win £70 which is frankly just stupid.

Being first in line to the hot new prospect in the next draft. And on that note, am I crazy for wondering if a big enough rift could make drafts possible in football? Now wondering whether they could implement a draft system for the new Euro league. Players available to sign choosing to 'declare' for the new league? yeah but that depends on finishing last. so if you can't reach the playoffs, then teams strive to finish last? Players and coaches are still trying to keep their jobs in a league with a high player turnover ratio due to the draft. Doesn't really make sense for players to lose on purpose so the team could draft their younger and cheaper replacement. Owner's would most likely love to see their team lose in a lost season but it's never that simple. Trading away your best players is basically the only option and even that doesn't always work.

Yeah, hard to blame VAR as a system when it's the idiots still making the decisions.

Didn't realise you had to be about to score for there to be a foul That was really soft mind You don't but it's just common sense. For some reason the Sheff U player decided to boot it up to the sky before the contact and the situation was over. Penalties are huge decisions in football and in no way Mitro catching his foot in that spot warrants a fucking penalty.
-
Was the Sheff U player going to score without Mitro's "foul"? It's just fucking stupid and Marriner should be fined for his incompetency.

Has to be one of the worst tackles of this century.

That's the one rule they should never get wrong. Who the fuck are sitting in the VAR booths?

Ball clearly hit Havertz' hand in the buildup?

I honestly think the indirect freekick is the only solution unless it's Suarez-style goalkeeping. As you said, getting a goal due to a random bounce in a sport where games regularly end 1-0 is just stupid. It's never going to happen though as Liverpool won Spurs in the CL final after a random bounce and no one said anything.

Based on wor Vurnon, yes.

He wished he was average. Can't believe how a PL keeper is so poor at shot stopping, everything goes through his hands.

Chelsea have been garbage.

Class finish.

How was that not a yellow?
-
Fabinho was dragging his right foot way before contact. It's still a penalty but that was all he was looking for.

Should have been a pen for Leeds?

Went with an interesting tactic. Two 4.5 forwards and Werner while stacking the midfield. Backline of TAA and a bunch of cheap defenders that always play. Will be 4-5-1 in most weeks. IMO no point using big money on forwards when there are midfielders like Aubameyang, Salah, Mane, Son who are forwards but get one more point for a goal scored and a potential clean sheet point too. It's a stupid system and having to choose three forwards is just daft when there are so many big name forwards listed as midfielders.

Comfortably beat us is a massive overstatement like We had about the same amount of chances with Pukki's one he missed in the first half being the best one. Kamara in midfield was good That was comfortable on our standards and we were keeping possession well even after going ahead. Kamara is a star, hope he gets a move away from Scotland soon.
