The depth at CB is stunning.

Some nice passing.

That is a perfect cross from Fernandez.

I'm not watching Sky but made an assumption. :dontknow
-
Are we doubting this guy just because of the Sky commentary? There have been tons of terrible VAR decisions just this week.
-
It's shambles, English referees are not better than everyone else but for some reason they get this special treatment.
-
This is the biggest problem with VAR in the Premier League. All penalty decisions are subjective and the ref who made the original decision should watch the screen. Right now it respects the original decision too much and seems like the VAR team can't overturn decisions just by talking to the ref. Can't the ref just look at the replay on his phone or something. Doesn't even need to go off to the side I don’t see why it matters that it’s a different official. For some reason it absolutely does matter.

Hockey goalies are pretty tall now, average height on NHL is close to 190cm IIRC.

Willems is great on the ball.

With his hand. Nah it was because he hoofed it away He deliberately stopped it with his hand though

Compare this Man Utd to Brighton. These are absolutely horrible, hope they don't sack OGS anytime soon.
-
Suarez with two amazing goals.

I really don't think they could tbh, at least not anyone proven. They are also badly missing a big strong CF as they can't break down teams sitting deep.

This If you expect a 50:50 you go in a bit harder, if you go into a 50:50 soft you get injured and the 'aggressor' gets punished. Happens all the time What’s the rule? Don’t tackle people too hard? On the floor, one foot, side of foot, ball won... but not too hard. Pretty much, getting the ball first doesn't justify trying to break the opponent's leg.
-
Come on now, there's absolutely no need to follow through like that. I'm actually shocked that Praet doesn't have a broken leg now.

Pretty sure I read on Reddit that the frame rate article was completely made up by Daily Mail. They said VAR uses 50fps cameras when in reality they are using 320fps cameras IIRC.
-
Not sure if they've been doing this in the PL but at least elsewhere the linesman would raise the flag very late if he was leaning on offside but wasn't 100% sure and let VAR to check it in case of a goal.

Dummett ffs

Everyone diving. Wesley with one of the worst of the season.

No. How've you got the inside track on this signing? Tbh it probably isn't in the 'agent favour' bracket but it didn't many a great deal of sense. Can only assume they must have thought one of Yedlin or Manquillo was off; they can't seriously have thought this guy was a definitive upgrade. It's far too early to judge - he was part of the back line that kept Tottenham at bay, away. We've also played Norwich, who just turned Man City over, and Liverpool who regularly tear teams a new arsehole. It's clear he's never going to be a world-beater but good fullbacks/wingbacks cost £30m+ these days and he cost us £5m, so we shouldn't be surprised. But it really is far too early to say whether he's going to be an upgrade on Yedlin and Manquillo. It's a poor signing when we already have two £5m right backs that are at best average, now we have three. When there are Swedes telling us he's not good enough for us I tend to believe them. It might be a weird concept to Brits but people from smaller countries often really do follow their fellow countrymen playing abroad even if they are playing for smaller clubs.

Norwich are so naive.

*Bobby Madden. He was shite all game, one of the cunts who wants to be the star.
