What an attack that was.

Is Gordon not a purple?

Terrible VAR decision in Madrid, fucking hell.
-
At least Leicester fans could celebrate their goal without any fear of VAR taking it away.

Cunha is good but he has played once as a RW during his Wolves career. We need a specialist who is natural at right.

Provisionally in, 1.

Spurs at SJP this season was a good example of this, loads of possession and shots but never really troubled us. You look at those stats and think we were battered all game but xG ended up being pretty even and showing a much better picture of the match than 'traditional' stats. Works the other way too, Arsenal away at Carabao I felt we were quite comfortable defending but their xG was around 3.50 iirc. Was shocked that it was so high after the match. It's not perfect but when I want to have an idea about a match I didn't watch, I always check the xG first.

It's not though.

Yeah, Klopp often brought on Salah for 30 minutes in matches where they were leading 5-0. Or playing him the full 90 in dead rubbers. Murphy usually being the first one subbed off rarely makes sense to me as I would much rather see Gordon or Isak getting rested. I have no idea what is optimal nowadays but have full trust in Bunce/Howe.

That’s a shocking decision. Just more abuse in the future as the cunts felt like it worked this time.

It seems to be deeply ingrained in football media and it's disgusting. When Bournemouth beat us the Finnish studio host quickly started wandering how many of Bournemouth's players could get a move to bigger club after this season. I doubt there are many Bournemouth fans in Finland but it's just so disrespecting and happens to basically every team outside of Real Madrid and Barca.

I'm all for showing Rashford who's the boss but still feels a bit unnecessary. Comments like that won't raise his value and might put off some teams who could be interested in him if Man Utd pay a large piece of his ridiculous wages.

Thought it was really good refereeing from Oliver, he saw something that many people miss even after the replays. It's few different orange cards in any case (studs on the shin, no attempt to play the ball and denying an opportunity to score even if it's too far away from their goal) so think red is perfectly fine. Mad how there's any controversy, Arsenal fans are the absolute worst which is some going considering Liverpool fans also exist.

There's not a club outside Saudi Arabia who could afford to buy Rashford with those wages and his recent performances.

Wish I had the right opinion on this like Kaka.

You’re too smart.

Do I have to answer?

Did I mention Man City?

Shame Stuttgart and PSG play against each other on the last week.
-
Neither can really feel good about making the top 24 with a loss here. Although I haven’t looked at the last round fixtures of the teams around them.
-
They are good though with a really young team.

How is Nunez not off for that?

I don't think we really have the squad for doing that. Looking at the starters and the bench and it's really only Joelinton or Tino who could've been rotated assuming Schär wasn't fully fit. And then you would start Willock or Longstaff who are woefully out of form. The drop of quality behind so many is just too big.
