I really don't wanna sack him just because the new manager would be Mark Hughes. Give Pardew money in January and l'm sure we'll be fine. Go for the cups. Then we can sack him in the summer if there's need for it and get a proper replacement.

It could be that, we'll see. Marveaux is the only player on the bench IMO who could've started.

Village Idiot, why did Jari Litmanen fail at Barcelona? Never really got a fair answer to this as Finnish media was of course biased and oddly I can't remember anything from his time in Barca.

After the away game I was so impressed with Pardew. He basically crowded the wings knowing Stoke have Delap and some other class midfielder in the middle and can't create shit from there. Everybody kept saying Paredw found a way to stop Stoke's horrible but somewhat effective style. Sort it out Pards.

There's no point in passing the ball as there's no movement off the ball and HBA knows best option is to go past 3 players himself.

Yeah, he actually looks better when he attacks from fullback because of the extra room that affords him. I don't think he should be starting against Stoke though... This. He's just technically not good enough to be playing winger right now. When he gets the ball it's either a cross from far away or pass back to Santon. He doesn't even try to beat the fullback. Probably just down to low confidence as he used to challenge fullbacks with his quickness. Still high hopes that he develops into a good squad player.

If you have player like HBA you want him on the ball as much as possible.

Why not Marveaux?

I think the players has given up. First we was playing the wrong formation, than it didn´t matter because we couldn´t hold on to the ball. Now though it doesn´t matter how we play because the players aren´t doing anything. They are just standing there, we are even losing 20/80 duels. My eyes hurt and it's HT.
