Depends on how he disseminates this information, no? In his younger coaching days it was reported that he was quite cold but in his later days people say that he's soften up a little bit. I saw no evidence or indication that a lot of the players disliked his management or coaching style. They probably appreciated it as it's more orientated towards 'less talented' players (he didn't ask the world from them technically).
