The magic had gone because the players were a bunch of spoiled prats and showed no respect towards SBR. Always layed most of the blame on the players at that time. They'd never have the same respect SBR has.... even put together. (You know who I'm talking about.....Jenas, Dyer, Bellamy, Robert etc) Didn't also enjoy reading some of the abuse he used to get on certain old NUFC messgae boards. tbh I'm just so relieved that we didn't lose the game, and in my opinion it was just a very unfortunate set of circumstances. Don't really see the benefit of getting all riled up with Kinnear. I'm saying it as a neutral fan that just wants to watch a bit of quality football. You have PL football most weekends + the odd Monday. CL on a stack of Tuesday & Wednesday. Chuck in FA Cup + replays, League Cup, La Liga & splash of international football & waft of the odd decent game of League football & I ask is your life that empty you need "quality football" on a Thursday as well......just be happy with late night shopping man.
