  1. Imagine if x years from now those in charge are detested? I'm sure 'His excellency' might change to something amusing.... Hopefully not, though!
  2. So now Bruce has been present (or taking) training sessions for the past two days and today as well? Whereas previously, IIRC, he didn't do much pitch work? (and given the team too many days off). Sounds like that fat bastard is doing his best to fool the hierarchy that he's so some of pro-active coach?
  3. Not looking forward to the Bruce cry-fest in the media. (and in some way, looking forward to it - I just hope they wipe their tears as soon as possible, the cunts).
  4. But he doesn't want to lose the job, I'm glad it's making him suffer (even for a little bit) about it
  5. Would love to see Conte's passion and trademark teamwork and determination style of play at NUFC. (Wow, probably the first times in ages I didn't put 'Ashley's' before NUFC in my posts. )
  6. There's a part of me that's glad that Bruce is shitting himself. Some fuckers in life have far too much luck - and he certainly had it with us!
  7. Only quickly skimmed the article, but I do agree with the basic notion... all this stuff about 'suffering', 'If this wasn't Newcastle...', etc, is a bit embarrassing. Ah well.
  8. I wouldn't say Potter has achieved anything out of the expectations. Not much difference between him and Howe.
  9. If you want an African striker, Osimhen is ya man!
  10. Was thinking to myself, please not Lingaard. Then I see the first post in this page.
  11. People just like the rest of us..? You needed a post on a messageboard to really be sure of that?
  12. You're bothered because she's more manly than you.
  13. A beautiful angel? Ok, I get what you mean. But let's face it, the testosterone inducing career-focus life have kind of masculinised her a bit.
  14. Have we sacked him yet?! Have we sacked him yet?! Have we sacked him yet?!
  15. When you grow some balls (it's only the online world, fella!) that would be a bigger shock. Their celebration was a bit too 'small time'. They've played in the CL before and they've beaten a big(ish) team before. And there are hardly any 'shocks' in football now days as it's too closely contested (when it's on the pitch as a one off). I'm sure if you're a regular bettor, you've noticed this.
  16. They beat Spurs before iirc. I know Spurs are certainly not of Man Utd's calibre, but considering it was only one match and that it's still early days in the context of group outcome, it made the celebration seems a bit over the top.
  17. I think the Young Boys celebration last night was slightly over the top.
  18. His goal against Man Utd is probably my favourite.
  19. Probably made Conan the Barbarian look like Mr Bean.
  20. Every now and then someone must have some 'alternative view' to express.
  21. A lot of your posts consist of ridiculing people for having 'outlandish' views, posting links (without giving opinion on the story) or simply stating opinions that are inline with the accepted view re x, y or z issue. You play it safe and have the audacity to criticise so many 'other' opinions. Not sure why you're so reserved with your opinions, possibly not confident enough about them? @joeyt
  22. At lest he doesn't play it safe and doesn't spend a lot of his time dishing out ridicule to anyone that 'dares' to state something 'unpopular'. Come on fella, get yourself out of your comfort zone and give out an opinion or two that you might think are not safe. Your opinions can't be all inline with the accepted general notion!
