I think I've wished death on Abramovich before. I'm more than happy to wish death on him again. The cunt was always Putin's puppet - 'da fuck is all that redemption talk is about? Fuck him, you nuggets.

love LVG.

what's so bad about that? edit: the clip.

Gascoigne is a fucking idiot.
-
Casual warm up, I should clarify. I don't know if he's never done any warming up (or such), but it wouldn't surprise me if he, on the odd occasion, never fully bothered with that stuff. It was captured in a clip somewhere - I'm sure it wasn't the only time!
-
Definitely too casual in his professionalism. Well done, Joey!
-
He was known for not preparing professionally (ie, warm up), not doing enough defensively (he's not a Ronaldo or Messi! Even Bale had to put a shift in), falling out with coaches (never his fault apparently), and I don't believe we ever heard stories about him being dedicated to improving himself. Maybe you'd get away with it 30 odd years ago (ie, Romario), but not in today's game, I'm afraid.

At one point (circa 2012, iirc) HBA's and Bale's performances were to a similar standards. The rest is history - HBA has only himself to blame for not fully realising his talents.

Hatem Ben Arfa: underrated by the football world but a bit overrated by his NUFC fanboys.
-
Didier Drogba. People talk about him as though he's in the same class as someone like Shearer or Batistuta. Yeah, Chelsea would never have won the CL without him, but overall his game was nothing memorable. Well done to him, and his team-mates, for stopping a war, though.
-
Agree. He rarely dominated matches apart from his last season when he was playing for a move (he was class during that period). He had the Halo effect on a lot of people. (Not just by his 'good looks' but also for being a 'flair' player type).

Yeah, yeah... 'course it was the drink; not Barton.

Fuck sake, we've still go tough fixtures to come, you know! (although I didn't take a look at the rivals', admittedly)

My with commas now, is it? Few pages ago you were condemning a person's opinion using meanings of superiority in your language, that's associated with your culture and country. But now that it's about Britain's savagery, you distance yourself from it with a 'my'. Ok, fella. It doesn't matter if Kid Icarus condemns Britain's past or not, because Kid Icarus displayed a typical 'we're better than you' language - even though the same 'here' (where it's 'unacceptable') is GB - a country(s) that fucked up millions of lives.' Get lost, Kid Icarus, people from around the world hold Britain's savage past and present in the front of their mind - be careful before you tell them how great you are! 'Here' is great to live if you're a minority, yes, but the existence of a tolerant and prosperous society here will always be linked to Britain's past. Why the hell would we separate them? If you've condemned your country's past, at least be gracious in acknowledging GB's hideous past before you attack someone with your superiority language. (REMEMBER: a lot of people from around the world see the UK differently from the narrative that's shoved down our throat here. Remember!)
-
It's ok for you, you're been provided with pretty much what you want and need - of course your default view of your country in is not going to be so bad. Try living in places that your country have left with salient, neagtive reminders about what GB have done to it, and then you'd realise, in reality, that your country's past and present is also, in effect, right up there with Saudi.

I said it to someone who, like so many in this country, is so in love with their cultural identity to the point that they forget about the crimes that Great Britain are continually participating in. (It wouldn't be so bad if those kinda of people weren't so arrogant about their 'prestigious' nationality/ethnicity). When you attack someone (yes, it was an attack) in that manner with that meaning (i.e., it's unacceptable here - this is the UK!), you place yourself, not just as a country but also individually, as someone better than the person you are responding to. It doesn't matter if you've condemned your country's actions or not, you are using part of your national identity to belittle that 'other' person and/or their cultural stance - even though your culture's country have fucked up so many other places and cultures around the world. Try to use a different tone and meaning next time.

Your country has a wonderful and an unbreakable special relationship with the USA, a country that executes people and are rarely called out about it. This relationship is so strong that that you've actually collaborated together in invading other people's lands and, of course, killing innocents people in the process. The odd business deal here and there, of course. Unacceptable. Keep that in mind before displaying your 'this is Europe' stuff.

Who? the players? Don't think so, they're entitled to do that. And also... fuck Chelsea and Abramovich.
-
Pochettino is regarded as highly as them - he's clearly not achieved anywhere near them. No one said he is failure or that he didn't do a good job at Spurs; he's just not as good as people say he is.
-
Allegri, Emery. Conte, Simone.... all have won various major trophies relatively regularly.
-
Yes, but people talk about him almost like he's on a par with the likes of Klopp and Pep. And gets linked with the likes of Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Man Utd, etc. He hasn't won much. Compare him to someone like Emery or Allegri....
