He loves being a big fish in a small pond. He would definitely relish the easier type of football together with the great lifestyle.
I'm sure players like Giovinco, Loderio etc are of similar mentality (Not giving too much fuck about making a 'great' football career and instead enjoy being a rich person, living a great lifestyle, and doing it while playing lower intensity football.)
