Interesting read that. After watching our first four games I'm a little bit worried about playing Cabaye and Tiote in a 4-4-2 midfield - I think Cabaye plays too deep for a 4-4-2, he'd probably be much better in a 4-3-3 formation with HBA or Marveaux in front of him.

Positives: A clean sheet, and the 3rd kit looked class. That's pretty much it.

Agree with this, but I'd play Best up top instead of Shola. Didn't Ba play in that position for Hoffenheim? I'm sure I read that somewhere...

Could be a great player for us, but I have doubts about him and Tiote in a 4-4-2. Would be ideal to have him, Tiote and Ben Arfa in front with Ba up top. Playing 4-4-2 with him and Tiote as a central midfield pairing and Ba and Shola up front surely won't work, as seen today.
