I was thinking of Heinze when people mentioned Rozenhal is a defender they had never head of. 3-5-2 sounds a nice idea with the players we have or potentially could have, but it never seems to work out that way. I believe Allardyce has used it before at Notts County with some success, I'm a 4-4-2 man myself though.
