"A player who didn't understand" It was Steven Taylor from a drop ball, who pelted it out for a throw in deep in Reading territory which we then pressurised instead of playing it back to Hahneman.

I'm always pretty confident when Shola steps up personally. Think he missed one in a friendly a couple of years back, but he's been pretty clinical when it's mattered. Couldn't believe it when Martins was shaping to hit it on his right foot, fair play though, he tucked it away.

Fuck knows what Citeh were doing with Sibierski. With these last two games he's had in the league, it's become apparent that he's not just a big lunk who can work hard, win headers and score the odd cup goal, he's actually a good player. Dunno if it was because they were playing him in midfield or what, but he's got nearly as many for us now as he ever scored for them. His link up play with Martins is excellent as was his composure for the goal that wasn't.

To be fair to Roeder he's not exactly gonna to say Babayaro is shit. Probably said that to try and lift the lads confidence, obviously didn't work like. No, there's a difference between building a player's confidence and spouting utter, utter shit. That's twice he's done it now - once about Carr, who then cost us the Bolton game later that day, and now Babayaro who proceeds to put in that performance. Best thing for Glenn to do is shut his fucking mouth. Talk up the players who deserve it, not the ones who everyone knows have been utter shite, because that just makes him look like a moron.

One of the worst NUFC performances I've seen for a long time. Roeder: "Since I took over in February Celestine Babayaro's performances have been very good. In fact, I would go as far as to say that he has probably been our most consistent player in this time." Christ.

There's a reason no-one ever uses 3-5-2 anymore.

that's my point we've two home wins back to back which should be improving morale, but the team will have that booing on their minds no doubt he's shite, but it's laughable to think Roeder drops players if they get booed Why would the rest of them have that on their minds? Didn't seem to stop them winning the game tonight. I couldn't give a fuck if Babayaro has it on his mind. Good, I hope he loses sleep over it and becomes a hermit. The little shitbag couldn't possibly be any worse than he was tonight. if you can't see how that might affect the team then there's no point carrying on the discussion tbh also probably explains why you don't see anything wrong with booing in the first place Read my original post then come back and apologise. Fucking thick as mince. you totally contradicted yourself, twice Ok.

Nut, I know you hold 'defending the foreigners' as your gimmick, but tonight, I really wouldn't bother.

Infringement my arse. Shambolic. I'd assumed the ref had overruled the linesman with an offside decision, there was no flag.
-
The booing was out of order, just because it was helping no-one at a time when we needed to buckle down (and did tbf). However, Babayaro's performance tonight was as utterly disgraceful as I've ever seen from a player in black and white and the abuse he was getting (much of it from me) was 100% justified.
-
What is it he says - "We try to create a family atmosphere at St James' Park and we do not tolerate any form of foul, abusive or racist language" That'll go right out the window tonight if that fat useless cunt starts at right back.

This is what I wanted to post.

A gash ffs, put a fucking plaster on Dyer's leg and get him on the bastard field. We need these points. As for Steven fucking Carr, Roeder should have his contract torn up for gross incompetence if he picks that twat again.
-
You won't mind f***ing doing one then? Still can't work out why you are here. Or exist, for that matter. You a mod yet Dave?? Dont worry mate, one day you will finally reliase your life long dream. Not still banging on about that are you? Thick as fuck.
-
It's not the "greatest players of all time" list tbf, as you say, it was a current list of the "greatest living footballers" at the time. Still offers a few laughs though.

Roger Tames is a 100% Arsenal fan.
-
Chelsea, Man Utd, Boro and sunderland, in no particular order. Honourable mention for the Darlo cunts.
-
We need to get rid but I don't think we will. I tend to call certain players by their Christian names, usually the less common names: Shay, Charlie, Shola, Titus for example.
-
Think everyone's getting themselves a bit overexcited over Pearson tbh. So far while we've had him (excluding Boro since that was a day after he joined at most): Pompey 3-0 - Fair enough, we were excellent Charlton 0-0 - Charlton are God-awful Palermo 1-0 - Again impressive, but then we always are in Europe - see Fenerbahce Sheff Utd 0-1 - Sheff Utd are not much better than Charlton Watford 2-2 - Two very sloppy goals conceded from set-pieces Man City 0-0 - Would have been an absolute caning but for Harper and some sloppy finishing Arsenal 1-1 - See above but swap Harper for Given Celta Vigo 2-1 - Canny, but Europe again Pompey 1-0 - Defence were superb, I'll give them that
-
Pity we've got a Chelsea double coming up. Reading, Blackburn and Watford are all definitely winnable and with Dyer and Martins back and Duff crocked, we should definitely be winning the home two at least. I know we said that about Sheff Utd and Charlton, but after the way we played on Sunday, there should be no way on Earth we'll play as badly again with that pace in the side.

Bet he'd be hard pushed to find anyone who could give a fuck.
