    Sunderland...

Doubt Bendtner knows anything about why they were even having the applause, imagine he spends his entire week in front of the mirror practising his celebration for when he notches the hat trick clincher at the weekend. Absolute knob.

    Sunderland...

I take it back. Fucking prick. Still classier than their fans and their now deleted "Gary Speed now officially bigger than Jesus" thread, where they moaned that Richardson wouldn#'t have been booked if he'd revealed a Gary Speed tribute t-shirt. Vermin. Mind, it must be canny frustrating when you're so shit that even though you've got a divine being on your side, you still can't beat Wolves.
  3. The more I see of other sides outside the top seven, the more confident I am of being able to maintain our position even with injuries.
  4. I'd forgotten how shit it makes you feel over the weekend to lose like this, sick as a chip. Having said that the mackems have gone some way to cheering me up with their ineptitude.
  5. We couldn't really have asked for a better set of fixtures in our current situation, no disrespect to the clubs we're playing, but we certainly should be going and looking to win these games even with a defensive crisis. Still strong enough in midfield and up front to give these sides more problems than they might give us.

    St James' Park

All the advertising boards round the bottom of the Leazes level seven tier are now his company too, more potential club money out the window.
  7. I was probably harsh on Krul there in fairness.
  8. Not a bottler. Give over man, he absolutely shit himself at the thought of sending a Chelsea player off after five minutes. If it's Steven Taylor, he walks, if it's Ashley Williams or Chris Samba, he walks. If he'd got it wrong, he wouldn't have given the foul which would have been easier to take. A yellow card can only be a bottle job.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

    Not this dullard again.
  10. Always been a loathsome club. Agree with Otter that the only thing separating them from West Ham is money, certainly will never be as big a club as, say, Arsenal.
  11. This thread was ridiculous from the off. We'd only lost two first teamers and one of them was fucking Obertan. Defence was always going to be the main problem.
  12. Our best player by about a hundred million miles and that's not even being disrespectful to the others. So good and so important.
  13. Total disaster. IMO we should be straight in for Alex, would compliment Colo perfectly until Taylor is back and then we'd have some real cover at the back too.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Needs some time on the wing. He's playing as an out and out centre forward atm and I do not understand why. On the wing, he can have some space to run at players and work his way back rather than pick it up with nine blue shirts in front of him.

How do you get to that complaint form Dave? Everyone should do it, including pointing out that in their report, West Ham's ground is referred to as Upton Park, which is not the official name but the area of land on which it stands. The BBC shouldn't be pandering to advertisement.

    Sunderland...

Good point made re: fast players. This lot are probably the slowest team in the league, definitely not typical O'Neill players. They haven't got a big lump to hoy high balls at either.

    Sunderland...

Bloke from the mackem local rag on Look North seems very confident that O'Neill will be in place either tonight or tomorrow. Can't say I'm that arsed, as has been said he did a good job with Villa on the surface but it was built on sand with a lot of money.
  18. I wouldn't say it was keeping me awake, but it's certainly been the last thing on my mind every night so far.
  19. I know the Premier League have said it's applause but imo, his former clubs should have the right to do as they see fit. For me, the tragedy of the event, losing one of our own so young, means it should be silence.

Would be a fitting match of horrific bellends God, wouldn't it just?
  21. Aye I'm not a fan of the hymn idea like.
  22. Anyone who saw Richard Peppiatt giving his evidence to the Leveson inquiry today will know exactly what type of journalism the Daily Star is, as if we didn't already. Gutter press scum.
  23. One sentence and the Chronicle managed to get it wrong.
