will post here if and when they ring, so you's know. They might be stowed off again tonight - will just have to see.
-
Big Geordie, mate, I know you're always on there, do they know you by name now? Like ah, our friend _____ is back... etc? My cousin is Mathew Raisbeck, who works on the show and commentates on the Gateshead games and sometimes ours, when Lowes is off. I'm allowed to have my say - they don't shut me down. Ando recognizes my voice and who I am.
-
Nope - they just ring up when they've got a slot available.
-
Call booked in for Total Sport - hopefully they will ring me back.
-
If someone could provide a link at some point with regards to what Colin Murray has said, I'd be grateful.
-
Worth bearing in mind that NCJ Media are back in favour with the club, and this may well just be another convenient lie.
-
The Pardew apologists on Total Sport were enough for me, tonight. Am refusing to listen to Collymore as his modus operandi is to get folk to ring in. He's a cockwomble.
-
Well done all involved. Next thing to do is move on to the owner - the momentum is there.
-
If Rovingmag is right - all points towards Beardsley for me (at least in the short term) who is another company man. It also gives Ashley another get-out from spending any cash in January, as well as moving Sissoko on. He must have reached his peak value, according to Ashey's analysts. Gonna be a bumpy road to the end of the season. Ashley gambling on us having enough to stay up as things stand. If he doesn't have to spend, as well as flogging an important player - he'll do it.
-
Howey mentioning a new owner coming in and destroying the club - ala Leeds and Pompey.
-
Some reports saying Pardew is going be be getting £3million a year + bonuses at Palace.
-
Too late to ring in, Neesy. It'll be stowed off. Will try tomorrow night.
-
Never saw him on TV.
-
Could that go some way to explaining the week where we lost to Spurs and the mackems - that the players knew this was going down?
-
Ben Arfa has burned his bridges with NUFC, regardless of who comes in.
-
Pulis wouldn't come here. He left Palace due to interference from above - the tramp in the tracksuit won't stand for that from Ashley.
-
Pulis won't come here. If he wouldn't take chariman interference at Palace, he wouldn't stand for it with Ashley. I'd hope whoever comes in, has some fresh ideas and actually tries to play reasonably entertaining, attacking football rather than sucking the life out of all of us.
-
This will run in to tomorrow, lads at the very earliest. Can't see anything being announced tonight.
-
I've got some mates on FB who don't want this to go through - arguing 'better the devil you know' and 'he's doing a good job all things considered'. I genuinely despair sometimes - I really do. You can't be afraid of change, because surely no-one can play as turgid and negative game as Pardew.

Newcastle United 3-2 Everton - 28/12/14 Post match reaction from p. 23

Remember when ESPN and Ray Stubbs lobbied against a tackle by Cabaye v Brighton a few years back? If that had been a Man City/Chelsea player today doing that, it will have been skirted over. -
The lad is and is going to be some player. Intelligence beyond his years - fantastic technique and finishing. He'll be peddled as soon as someone flashes enough money (15million +)- the sharks from the PL and Spain will already be watching. Enjoy it lads, because we won't see this kid's best years here - which is a damn shame.

Any ban will start when he comes back from the ACON, unless the PL push for him to be barred from that instead (unlikely) -

Relieved for the win, against what was a very poor Everton side. But it could and should have been far more comfortable than it was. At 3-1, we let them back into the game and full blown panic sets in. Williamson all over the place, Tiote doing his headless chicken routine. Ultimately, the cool heads of Sissoko and the excellent Perez saw us home. Cisse deserves whatever ban he gets- defo need a new striker in now. -

Retreated since we equalised. :-( -

Usual anti-football from Pardew. Either howked forward or lots of slow backwards and sideways passing. No way on gods earth we are getting anything here. Rotten!
