100 yards is almost the length of the entire pitch man He has about a 5 metre burst of pace after that I wonder how anyone gets near him if he is so quick. His lack of fitness isnt about that its more to do with him being easily muscled off the ball and generally looking out of steam after a burst of pace.

You would expect a manager not to have a go at the players after three consecutive buggerings? Not Marveaux or Ben Arfa seeing as they only played a few minutes, espeically in Marv case. And he came on during two games where we were getting hammered, and did nothing to warrant being had a go at imo. Not surprised you cant tell the difference, then again it is criticism of Pardew after all. TBF HBA had half an hour and was obviously asked to come on and be an attacking threat. He did this initially for about 10 minutes then decidedly went off the boil to the point of strolling round. Even Gouff had a real go at him at one point for not moving in order so he could be passed to. Marv is another enigma, who strolled about after coming on and he clearly has the ability just lacks the application. Couldn't be bothered to chase back at times which is a great way to treat tired team mates, the fans and even the manager for that matter. Go and have a look as his wiki, from memory he has by-and-large under various managers been the same enigma. I think Pardew has run his course but even if he goes we would still be having similar conversations about the players, just didn't ones about the next guys tactics/weaknesses. What do you expect from them though? both have been ostracised under the current manager to different degrees. Hatem gets ten minute cameos, then is benched as soon as he doesn't score within that time period, and Marveux is playing for the reserves. He then brings them on in a game that is already lost, where the rest of our team had packed it in anyway. He's cast them out in the cold then suddenly expects a performance as he's in the s***? Hardly surprising A bit of effort and try their best. Neither did. I disagree but even if you're right, what on earth would motivate them to?They'll not get a game if they do, they are just human beings man, open to the same motivation issues as the rest of us So they just put little to no effort in and still not get a game? I know what most would consider the best approach to actually getting in the first team and that is do the best you can for the team as well as the fans.

If you thought Gouff was rancid tonight then we need invent new shit terms for some of his team mates. The latter is correct regarding training as it looks like random women have dropped some keys in a bowl at a ramdom party and 11 blokes have come to find them.
-
This might not be a popular reply but HBA did do some good attacking play but also got stick from Gouf for not making himself available. Marv also spent time walking around. Santon was shocking mind
-
Alan was so good at his job tonight that he even had Shola warming up ages after making his third sub
-
Yes. Seen it under similar losing circumstance. What a coward.
-
For those at the game did he ever go hiding in his dugout?
-
He looks too big and unfit. He needs to drop half a stone. A player like Ben Arfa is useless in fits and starts. He needs to be given a role in the side and allowed to play week in week out. RW is his best position. Half a stone?! The neutrals in the pub I watched the match today said he looked unfit and there was even a reference to Mido. None of them Mackems btw just outsiders lookin in.
-
I have seen his powder puff challenges for months at the games. Pretty sure he could have stopped that second goal if he put a proper challenge in. He aint a left back.
-
Looks leggy and tired already at 42 mins. Thats not from me but from some neutrals in the pub I am watching it in Lanzarote.
-
Wasn't this kid away at a fitness camp with his German club getting his fitness levels up just prior to us signing him? Granted he might not be sharp but he has got to be fit enough to play an hour. Will probably get the token 30 mins at the end of the game when HBA gets cramp.

I really have no idea why PSG have bought Cabeye other than because Blanc loves him. What is your views on Remy Cabella and Clement Grenier, two players we have been linked with as replacements for a number 10 role?
-
Fitness and lack of it in our squad in many areas is a problem. There is a big disparity IMO amongst our squad. Everton were so better balanced in this respect.
-
Did he actually say that? Aye was getting at the players
-
GN: no way has Pards sent his players out tonight to do that.
-
All aspects of lack of coaching can be seen here. Got to admit I feel this is his last game.
-
Poor. There us no way he meant to set up Remy but he will get an assist for it. Was is it his back pass that went out of play which led to their goal?
-
Pure conjecture. We cannot judge what hasn't happened, but we can what has, and we haven't progressed as a football club at all under his tenure. I did reference club situations which got worse where credit facilities were obviously limited and if we put all the debt on credit elsewhere we would need to find 20 to 25m each season imo in order to pay interest and also reduce the debt under a sensible business model. Personally I think Ashley gets free SD promotion at the expense of Nufc commercial revenue
-
Its a well known fact we were in dire straights before Ashley came along and bought us. Those teams I mentioned were unlucky enough not to have been bought by someone who sorted their debt. I suppose my point is whilst I am not a fan of Mike I guess we would be following a different path now and it would be a lot worse imo.
-
We were relegated so no way would that be the case.
