  1. Get over it people, move on. In his 4 years here only 1 1/2 were #decent. Thanks for the memories joey (even though more were bad than good)
  2. Probably not enough time left in the window for Ashley/Llambias/Pardew to p*ss on the faces of Tiote/Jonas/Colo. So, nothing until January probably. Hope we get some points between now and then. Thing is if they keep producing on the pitch and we don't get ridiculous bids they will get new deals. The thing we clearly aren't doing is offering silly money, long contracts to players coming to the end of their career.
  3. Do we? We have done well so far this season
  4. I am more worried for wullie, has anyone heard from him today?
  5. Sums up the reason why he ended up at QPR. No one else was prepared to gamble on the joey barton show.
  6. I don't think he represents S Taylor. He doesn't. Ok. Fixed it now.
  7. I think he represents S Taylor.

    The striker

I read somewhere that solomon kalou is in the last year of his contract. Young, pacey and knows the league. Would do me

    Erik Pieters

What if he comes by boat Then he'd probably die. He might come on a ship though
  10. Not seen much of roux but he looks YouTubetastic and can not half strike the ball. What's his play like and is he pacey?
  11. 100k is like some Russian club giving some player over 300k after tax contract who is coming to the end of their football career. Crazy imo and not the norm. At least they both can run.
  12. Who do we have to replace him on the right hand side of midfield? Because Cabaye can't play there. Raylor is now in left defence, Obertan hasn't looked that comfortable in RM and f*** knows where Marveaux is. Gosling? Actualy f*** it, we might aswell give Coloccini to Sevilla, Tiote to Chelsea, and Jonas to some Spanish twats (for free ofcourse, we wouldn't want to gain anything from losing our best players afterall). We have Williamson, Guthrie and Ferguson to fit right in, so we don't need them anyway. Hang on a second, is the argument that Ashley's only in it for the money and that's it, or that we're giving players away for nowt now? Barton's was a punishment for how he acted the t*** to his employers in public. Apart from that, we've never just given anyone away. Stupid argument tbh. He's a high wage earner, he's now off the payroll. This wasn't punishment to Barton in any way shaoe or form, quite the opposite infact, it gave him freedom to do what he wanted a year before his contract ran out. Jeez are u joey barton in disguise? The guy has only turned up after years of fighting his inner deacons. Come on then hopperz, explain to me how Joey has been 'punished' in this whole farce? He's gotten exactly what he wanted, a decent contract to see out his career. But aye, I must be Joey Barton if I think giving away players for free for saying s*** on twitter is a bit extreme. You are forgetting his history though. Would be different if it was a bigger team but QPR. P.s. spell my name right I havn't forgotten his history, i'm just not closed minded enough to still judge him on it. He's seemingly improved as a person over the past few years, he's still a gobby c*** with an ego, but he's put a lot of things right. And who has come in for him doesn't matter, i've seen with my own eyes what he brings to us last season, the fact a Champions League club havn't come in for him does not change that, giving him away for nothing is utterly ridiculous. It does though matter though. Just one championship team has come in for him. I see what he brings to the team but bigger teams have players who bring more than joey barton. Open your mind mate. Aye QPR are a Championship team like... And bigger teams do have better players than Joey Barton, but there out of our range so it's irrelivant. The fact is he was more than good enough for where we are at, and giving him away is f***ing silly regardless of how many teams were willing or able to take him onboard. If you choose to reply then please come back with a valid point using perspective and reasoning. Joey is so so good only a promoted team is willing to gamble on him. Yes he is a good player but there are better. Do you hear players like Colo, Ben afra etc moaning about the change. NO, maybe they know better eh? I see you ignored my advice about replying with a point using perspective and reasoning. Ha ha very funny. Let's say if we got 4m for nolan and 35m for Carroll. We should get at least 10m for barton. Oh wait its been two weeks since we officially announced he is available for free yet the only team in for him is QPR. Where is your reasoning then?

Yeah the fact that the people who work more closely with him yet are our better players don't kick up a fuss doesn't matter like. Oh and I am sure when he sat in pardews office telling him how to pick the team and not towing the line he mentioned too isn't reasoning.

  16. Yes and we only win the brinkmanship if the other clubs are desperate to sell, some dont appear to be which is the worry. We got Ben afra for less though. So why not try to get a player when the club want to sell him (and you told him so) for a price you are willing to pay?

  20. Lets not forget how well we performed under the constraints of ashley Not a lover by any means but it is amazing how well human beings respond to change despite not wanting it in the majority of cases.
  21. I don't know if there is more uproar when he is going then when he signed. QPR ffs joey
  22. Wullie man put the pills back in the bathroom cabinet
  23. Selling players like Andy Carroll doesn't help. Indeed not, but not many clubs can turn down that sort of money. Besides that, let's not kid ourselves. If Carroll's development didn't stall and he became a top striker, he was never going to be ours for very long anyway and we probably wouldn't have gotten 35m for him if we sold him later. Speaking of Carroll he has been awful recently. Got halled off early against arsenal. They are already complaining about how he makes them play long ball football. Not his fault, but it could mean his rapid transition to the bench. Aye, I see kenny's even resorted to blaming himself for his dip in form.
