  1. He possibly knows it but needs to play the likes of Smith to keep his value up to sell him in the summer. Butt is gone imo regardless. Also now has really been his only chance to play others with a proper right winger in the squad.
  2. Because if I were there I wouldn't have left early? I just dont get how anyone can say that unless they're there, that's all. Sorry, that's utter bullshit. I've never left a game even 1 second early, I don't have to have been there tonight to have an opinion on people leaving early. I'm not pretending to be a super fan or owt, am far from it but i've never left early. I prefer to get there as early as possible and leave about a minute after the final whistle. The price of the tickets these days am getting my moneys worth. What i can never understand is the people paying for a ticket and they stand in the back of the stadium around the bookies watching it on a tiny fuking screen. WTF is that about?
  3. Lovens second was a class finish, really Cardiff should have dealt with him for his first. They were lucky on the bounce for theirs.
  4. What on earth... I think he's trying to say he's sold out to vince mcmahon, will get some dollar but will also look like a prick. Well that was my second answer tbf.
  5. Well done, nice to see us handing out a whopping to a team, need a couple before (if) we go up to get the confidence in them that they can cope with bigger teams.
  6. I'm sure i was reading on here someone said we'd never wop a team in this division like WBA and Forest have done. I'm sure that person is quite happy to be wrong right now.
  7. Rio texts Terry: "You got Merc'd"
  8. How? The lass wasn't even Bridges GF when it happened (what i've read) and Terry isn't the only one. I think the addition of the alleged abortion that he allegedly went along with her for, has also had a bearing things. This isn't quite a straight forward 'affair', when you look at the whole story. Even if Bridge and the GF had separated, its pretty bad form for Terry, a supposed 'mate' to start knocking her off, and then when he gets her preganat, he takes her to have an abortion.... allegedly. What the fuk is a straight forward affair? I get your point, each one is different, though i don't think the media should have witch hunted JT down so they could have their fun and games while making a mint around the story. She's got Max Clifford up her arse selling her story etc...what a tragedy for football when that prick and others like him can make a decision such as getting an England Captain sacked. What I meant was if it was generally its just a married bloke/woman meets someone else in a bar, etc starts having a fling - other halfs dont know them, etc. This is a famous footballer, knocking off a friend and teammates girlfriend/former girlfriend (whichever you believe), then with added pregnancy/abortion, and trying to stop the press revealing all. Its just slightly more 'complicated' than the average affair. Do you think its the first time such thing has happened? Difference is the press got involved and wanted a story to sell.
  9. well yeah The Sun/NOTW are behind the whole story. do you think it actually never happened then? So the Sun have JT sacked as England Captain and no one has a problem with this? Fuking hell, after our own experiences with the press i'd have thought a bit more caution and understanding would be applied here, got it totally wrong haven't I? :-[

  12. John Terry, there's no one else worthy. I'd personally go Rooney, matured a lot in the last year on and off the pitch and is on fire. Rooney is the only rescue from this overall bad decision to sack JT.
  13. Spot on. Sacking JT for cheating on his wife looks like a proper Own Goal looking at that list.
  14. So we strip the captain for the following options: The one who failed the drugs test. The one who boxed a DJ for not playing Phil Collins The one who shagged old prostitutes The one who cheated on his wife (same crime as the out going captain) with a pig wanker And am sure something is up with Lampard, though i paid little attention to his private life as he's a boring fuker.
  15. Think it's the right decision. Leaving him as captain would have been soft. Capello's MO has been discipline from the outset and it's worked a treat. Everyone knows he is no nonsense. It's got the best out of the team. This move further emphasizes that. Absolutely no one is untouchable or above Capello's demands. I think it will serve to keep all the players even more on their toes and will therefore have a positive effect if anything. It's an embarrassment and disgrace for John Terry, and if he is still in the squad then I imagine he will seek to redeem himself by playing his absolute best. Should have a positive effect on him too. Good, strong move by Capello. Excellent leadership. Right or wrong (the decision) the media have had their witch hunt and effected the WC preparation, which in itself is disgraceful. This wasn't about moral righteousness or the morale in the England camp, it was about selling papers and making money from a situation which isn't even newsworthy. Fuking hell, footballers sleep around shocker, dear me. It's not news, but they realise how much effect they can have on JT and England and decide to take it upon themselves to force the decision to strip him. If this hadn't have got out he would still be captain, no one gives a fuk about Bridge, and the divide? Any descent would have been swiftly dealt with and the players reminded of their duty to play for England and not for their team mates. The media have forced this, new captain in WC year, not the best prep. Well done media, enjoy the failing of the England NT once again the downfall started by yourselves. Totally agree with this. It's typical of the media to blow something out of proportion like this and could potentially do some damage to out WC chances. Hopefully though it'll have a reverse effect and spur the team on. I can't wait to see which paper in the summer after we go out attack Fabio for being 'spineless' and or a 'coward' for bowing to 'public' pressure to sack our captain months before the WC. It will happen btw.
  16. So pub brawling is fine, but sleeping with a french model is frowned upon.

  18. Well done the press, nicely interfering in Englands WC campaign before it even gets underway. Hopefully they can piss off Fabio before then and a May injury to Rooney and were on for the usual tripe in the summer, at least they can pick the carcass clean for several months after wondering what went wrong. Fuking vultures.
