If fit and confident, that team is probably good enough to (just about) stay up if we get promoted. Think we have a better chance of staying up witch Taylor in there for Williamson though. Yeah, didn't see that. Also, fair point about the lack of goals, we do need a proper striker if we go up... no doubt. Still think we might stay up with the strikers we've got though, not many teams actually have good strikers anyway. It's a good British base to build off though. One big name striker in their for Shola and it really looks like a useful team. I'm still hoping we offload Barton, Smith & Colo simply due to their wages; Smith and Barton moreso than Colo ATM, that is unless he returns to his old performances when back in the prem. Butt & Geremi need releasing asap.

Started drinking it with diet coke, tastes much better, a little too sweet with full phat coke. Will have to give that a go next time I get myself a bottle. It nearly made me bankrupt the first time I drank it, was at a do at the Palace Hotel and it wasn't cheap. I got charged £9.50 for one at the Hilton in Gateshead. Woah, love out of the blue signings. This one is a good one as well for our position. Yes he's had his fair share of clubs and is a bit tempremental but hopefully he sees this as his real last chance at a big club (which we are when were in the prem) and to make a real impact on the game. Simpson, Williamson, Routledge, if only we managed to get Beckford as well; that would be some serious winter shopping for us. Feeling a lot more optimistic for the end of the season now. If we go up he's someone who could come off the bench and run a defenders on the right or left, hopefully though he does enough to command a 1st team spot and that thought is just a safety thought.

Not that I'm a legal expert or anything but transfers go like this: We fax offer to Portsmouth and they fax back saying they accept (I understand that's how transfers are done?). Wouldn't that be a binding contract for the sale of the players registration? Couldn't we seek damages for breach of contract for them not fulfilling their end? Considering Tesco can offer a product at a certain price, allow you to order it, take your money from your account, tell you the order is processed and give you an estimate delivery date, then a day later tell you they priced it wrong and you won't be getting your goods and its tough shit, then i'd say the answer to your question is no.
