  1. Shite. We should be able to beat both of these and secure our place next season.
  2. If the PL can't figure out they are being played by Qatar then they deserve all the legal pain heading their way.
  3. Not sure what's slower to react, the GLT watch or the guy with the crowd noises. She said before you need to sort out the stream as the sound is behind.
  4. I'd be testing a ball across the line at HT
  5. For a small club in the north east we’ve managed to keep several sports media departments off furlough. They’ve had to delve in to their creativity to keep shit spinning, some have even strayed in to fantasy, but their efforts in keeping the football world entertained must be applauded. I’m feeling Mauris is the final chapter of the fictional novel that is the nufctakeover now football is back.
  6. Imagine after all this we are owned by a Qatar proxy How would Keyes feel? I know! He'd be cock-a-fucking-hoop I should imagine the hairy handed, daughters best mate shagging, politicising cretin. He’d be presenting in a toon top with a Qatari flag stitched over fun 88, telling us all how his crusade saved our club from the evil Saudis.
  7. So sheff Utd win tonight but then picking up some knocks.

  9. I’d imagine not, no. PIF would have to signal they are to withdraw the bid and remove themselves from the process before they could consider another test from another party. So this will rumble on in to next season.
  10. There’s nothing else to hold it up now. Not arseD on human right, that was clear from the start. Piracy issues show separation even at wto level and no mention of pif. Season will be resumed in 7 hours. The only thing I can think of is they feel not approving holds leverage in coming to a solution of rights, then maybe they hold out longer to hear what they want hear and possibly even agree terms. Doesn’t sound like Qatar are too happy though, so may need to calm them down first as well.
  11. Where is that from? Pretty damning. That aside he brokers deals and moves money around therefore it might be a case he’s got backing from other parties and he’s just the head of it like staveley. The extra £50m though would suggest its spread over time, which means it’ll be more of the same just without Ashley making decisions but no doubt still having his cancerous claws stuck in the club. That quotes above is from this website (courtesy of Google)... https://www.scamguard.com/clearvisiondigitalnetworkscom/ So nothing official.
  12. The mackems are still banging on about following the Dortmund and Southampton model. If you need to follow a model of a club and shout it aloud then you’ve no business in this sector. It’s just amateurish and never works,

  14. They have had it for a month via Qatar. I think they will have been pressing via PIF for the full closure of BeoutQ and access to the Saudi justice system to any future piracy cases. Saudi movement here seals the deal; in their statement the Saudis have committed to conform to IP laws and protocol. It is not hard to imagine that as part of the ODT PIF agree to support the fight against piracy and to use their power to ensure compliance in KSA. The PL will not want to be tied up with this forever, there must be a deadline of sorts at some stage. Also can anyone really see the Saudis committing to proper long term reform (piracy wise) if the deal is rejected? KSA will be broadcasting free to the rest of the world minutes after any rejection.
  15. OT but my son called me a rectangle last night, no idea where he's got that from but pissed myself Cant blame him

  17. He's done himself and football proud. 22 years old and will help 1.3m little lives through this tough time.
  18. She can't fail, because she can't be tested as her stake isn't high enough.
  19. Report moves us a step closer if anything. Sure some will protect their interests and agenda by putting a negative spin on it but it pretty much says nothing we didn’t know and that PIF have nothing to do with piracy.
  20. They don't want the takeover stopped but the piracy issue sorted. It has more chance of being sorted whilst the takeover is to be approved. I'll imagine any statement will allude to that. They don't want to stir the pot too much, stating outright they don't want PIF to purchase NUFC would raise questions around their motives. I believe this ends with everyone winning, I really do.
  21. It's not. Also if Qatar do make an announcement (expected apparently) on the takeover i'm guessing it will be weirdly in our favour (also see KSA & PIF as separate entities as well.) as they simply want the piracy issues stopped, not the takeover blocked. They are simply using it as leverage and to get the attention of the PL. I think in the end we will all win.
