NUFC fans hanging around a court case which has nothing to do with the club is one thing, but a sports journalist who's doing the same just to bait fans is fucking pathetic. But he's not obsessed and he needs defending from the nasty toon fans. I don't think he needs defending, I'm just saying that it's not him that's seen as being this, that, and the other outside of our NUFC bubble. Well you've come in attacking the fans which is very much a roundabout way of defending him. He's a cunt playing a cunts trick and has been throughout. He's had a lot of stick and tbh, its now fully deserved. He baits, gets personal, doesn't answer valid questions and blocks those who wind him up in return. He stalks anything NUFC (such as court cases of a prospective owner and antagonises with childish comments) and regurgitates it moulded in to what fits his agenda against the fans and club. It used to be about the takeover, that ship has sailed, its now personal, but it was him who forced it down that route. He's no better than Katie Hopkins, stating inflammatory comments to rile a group up then cry off when he's personally attacked. Who outside the NUFC bubble thinks him baiting the fans is fair play? Either fans of other clubs or journo's with the same shite patter than him are excluded as to their biased. I've seen the likes of Caulkin take him to town on his comments, was quite funny as he couldn't just brush him off or block him like he does with others.

Imagine going out of your way to defend a cunt like Miguel Delaney.

Even if they get their shit together and grow within their means they’ll not see the prem again. They averaged £11 a ticket in the top league due to all their concessions and free tickets means their attendance is false. It looks good on paper and why they’ll have had a few sniffing round, but when you see the level of income from ticket sales you’ll soon realise the club cannot sustain the demands of the fans as they simply don’t put the money in to self support in the top league. Even on their Boxing Day record the club were so desperate they were back at giving away tickets just to get bums on seats. It’s the only way they get high attendances. Mid table championship is their natural level which I’m sure they sell their mothers for right now, but it wasn’t to long ago that they wanted promotion straight out of that ‘pub league’ so I’m sure their delusions of grandeur would only be a moment away on return and demanding higher within a season, but without significant investment (Or some luck in terms of a few Pickford or Henderson’s coming through) it isn’t happening. But all that is some time away. They are closer to the 4th division and playing under Donald who for Newcastle fans has been one of the greatest people associated with the club in a long line. Long live the don.

If it can be watched then someone somewhere is wanking to it.

Ashley coming back to the UK tonight to sanction the transfer.

I read we can spend £150m (just on players) in the first year and not break FFP. That £150m next season will be around £250m from the previous given the current economic climate. If we did anything near that i'd pass out with excitement.
-
We paid him over £10m in those 9 years.

I thought they were? Them, Peterborough and two others? Well, so they think. No official who voted for what, yet.
-
Only 4 teams voted to continue the season, just wait till they find out their club wasn’t one of them, they’ll go atomic.
-
If Ashley is announcing anything related to the takeover then it's not going to be good news.
-
8th in L1 then? They'll be stuck there for years now.

Sooo pissy... https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/points-per-game-approved.1519803/post-31815116 'Also need to make it clear that their directors are persona non grata at the SoL, and that our directors will not go to their grounds.'

The UK government can't get a hold of IPTV ffs. I know of several pubs which use it.

Think that's fair enough, and a good note to end this on

On a forum, where people whinge if you give an opinion without stating its an opinion (especially on this subject) it was always going to be read like Greg knew something and was passing it off. As a mod & a NUST member/leader he should realise that, if not then god help us. To then follow up with a Cumming's style dismissal is quite disappointing. I expected more from someone who's done so much (media profile building comment is BS btw and cannot agree to it) for the fans to be heard and I would have thought he'd hold his hands up and say 'aye, shouldn't have said it like that' if not it makes me think it wasn't done with the best intentions, therefore have every right to take it as such.

Greg[/member] is a legend so I'm not having a go..... but I really wonder what has gone wrong (if anything) since this day of supreme confidence It wasn't a day of supreme confidence in terms of anything imminent, just confidence that it will get done - the point was that what I'd heard (and I have no direct links to anyone involved in this and so it's all second / third hand so usual pinch of salt) was that there remains confidence on both sides that deal will go ahead but they don't know when. So make sure your fridge works to keep those cans chilled and ready for when the announcement comes out of the blue, whenever that may be. Nobody likes warm beer, or champagne in my case - I'm on a low carb diet. So no better than any 3rd rate journo or Steve wraith. Thought better of you. You're in a privileged position as a fan, you should know that implications of reporting back to us like that and refrained from it. At least we all know now not to listen to you.

If the Pl are now suddenly treating PIF as KSA and want open courts, fair playing fields and a deal with BeIN then its over. Expect next season to be completely fucked by an owner who will go on holiday mode until its sold. It'll be along the lines of the mackems and Short unless another buyer comes in quickly.

Richard Masters admits 'I've never even heard of Newcastle'

I’ll watch like, fingers crossed it’s a sneaky win and we can relax for the last few games. -
From what I’ve read they think it’s a pretty tight case in her favour.

Can’t wait to do our summer world tour, Gaza Strip next.

NUFC, sorting out the Middle East Yet again.

It crossed my mind why the Reubens, in particular, didn't just step in and fund the deal whilst waiting for PIF clearance tbh. That way, the fans/staff/whole club benefit, we can begin plans to move forward pending their arrival and Ashley can die celebrating his windfall with eighteen pints and falling into a fire face first. Wonder if its the backup plan? If rejected we'll come back without PIF.,,,then sneak them through the backdoor at a later date. You can't just sneak them through the back door they would still have to go through the test. I know man
