  1. Lad has played 9 games and worth more than the mackems.
  2. Manure are in terminal decline. Think them going for players like longstaff and the lads from Swansea show how far they've fallen. Must be quite tragic for their customers. If anything they should be breaking the bank for Rice and Sessengon.

I think it’s a great idea for a role and obviously it’s come from Rafa as no one else at the club would have thought about it and then tried to push it through. Sorensen loan was a huge fuck up, really the lad should have cracked league one and done well enough to be looking at lower end championship for next season, however we’re going to struggle to get him game time back in l1 this coming season. Woodman ffs, we’re doing our best to ruin his career.
  6. Gallowgate End, the general opinion, and one which I share, is that are talking complete garbage. Nothing personal...... So apparently becuase I have a different opinion on a small subject and apparently don’t offer any “Contributive” posts.. “Gallowgate End, You have received a warning for non-contributive posts. Please cease these activities and abide by the forum rules otherwise we will take further action. Regards, The Newcastle-Online Team” The truth is I post about a whole range of football subjects without any issue on 95% of them but a different opinion on Eddie Howe is worthy of a ban and means I don’t contribute on other subjects to the forum I think the reaction to warn for me for it is very over the top considering 95% of my posts don’t involve a disagreement about Eddie Howe. Anyway I won’t mention Eddie if talking about him on here is that big of a issue I honestly thought everyone was having a laugh about it Bit laughable to take it serious but I will respect the no Eddie Howe posts warning I’ll try to contribute for once because none of my other posts do apparently. Absolute bollocks, that. Whoever sent you that needs to have a word with themselves. Your opinion , however wrong it may be, doesn’t deserve a fucking warning. Disgraceful modding as ever from the NO mafia.
  7. He lives round the corner from me, he's a proper local lad from all accounts and wouldn't want to move away at this stage of his career. But money talks and 8f we don't offer a decent deal for him to stay then who knows. Saying that, manure are shit. Should be aiming higher.

What a load of shite. Worst Sunderland team I’ve ever seen but still going through.

They won't score. Mackems off to the final.

    1pm presser today?
  12. He's a player who's actually able to dribble through the middle of the park. Has spent a terrible amount of time in the Champo, mind. Would transform our team. He’s been a class above the rest of them. Some great passing on him.
  13. He just had to put his foot out. In the wrong stride for it.
  14. Bargain getting Sess & Jack for £5m each.
  15. I take it he’s handed in a transfer request? If not he can’t complain if the club don’t get the fee they are looking for.

Janey’s Dad looks a wrong un, like.
  17. Brighton fans seem to think it’s the right decision so as unfortunate as it is for him, it’s the right decision. He’ll be back with another club soon. He’ll make a career at bringing club up and keeping them there for a season or so.

Teams don't need a lot of investment to get out of the Championship. You just have to look at Norwich and Sheffield United who have put a squad together full of bargain buys, loans, free transfers and academy players. Sunderland could do the same its just a question if they have people behind the scenes clever enough to buy smartly. Norwich have been supported by a great academy producing lots of talent, some sold on, some still with the club. Sunderland don't have anything like that. The one player that could have been they sold. Sheff Utd are an exception rather than the rule. Great management have sprung them up, again something they don't have. Sunderland don't have any Championship quality players. They'll have to bring in 15 players just to survive, and with no money to spend that's going to be hugely difficult. I didn't say they have any of the things Norwich and Sheffield United have that got them promoted just that spending big is not only way to get out of the Championship. However, with proper long term planning they could. I don't believe they need 15 players either just to survive that would probably harm them more than help them trying to gel that amount of players together. They can still put a decent squad together with bargain buys, loans from Premier League clubs and free transfers. We could win the Premier league as well because Leicester did it. Chances of it happening is very slim, to a point its not worth mentioning. They are more likely to exit the championship the other way, and that will be the case for a few years, even if they do get their shit together. Every year that passes their ability to get back up diminishes. 20/21 will see Sheff Utd back in the Championship £100m richer. Cardiff, Huddersfield & Fulham this year with decent squads already and a monetary advantage, only those who've been recently relegated can enjoy. And there are quite a few of them. Stoke, Villa, WBA, Boro and Swansea. Then there are clubs (Derby, Leeds, forest, Sheff Wed, Hull & Brentford) who have a large fan base/decent side and right now are in a better position to go up. I've seen them a fair few times this season. Even removing technical quality they lack in just about every department. No pace, no height, no strength and mentally weak. IF they don't buy a whole new team they'll struggle to stay up imo. I don't think buying a whole new squad with have a negative impact, like i say, they are mentally weak, very little togetherness and completely League One in quality. The squad isn't gelled now, so they've nothing to lose by over hauling.
