  1. Mimms please name and shame the first individual to PM you asking for info as I’m sure you will get a few now!
  2. Arguably we’ve contributed more to the EFL than any other PL club through filling out 23 stadiums , higher gate receipts, better standard of players and more television interest during our two seasons down there
  3. Inclined to agree. They've dragged this out for long enough, I'd give them an extra 48 hours out of courtesy then if nothing satisfactory has been received by then you've got Friday to put things in motion formally. f*** them, drag them through the s*** Not how legal processess work - the ridiculous delay on the takeover refusal / non decision really has no bearing on them having a reasonable period of time to respond to a letter before action. Fair enough Is a week deemed unreasonable? Is 3 weeks more the norm? Yes - basically. I hope this action works - I am just trying to bring some objective reasonableness to the false hope and hyperbole this sort of thing creates. Yeah I get that, I'm still just frustrated at the sheer amount of time it's taking to get resolved one way or the other tbh. Feels like they will push the limits of time as much as possible deliberately - delay after delay after delay. It's highly annoying Exactly but hopefully that’s why they said one week initially in the anticipation that the Premier League would attempt to delay things. 1 + 2 is better than 3 + 2
  4. Can’t people just leave ITKs alone it just looks ducking needy and desperate. I’m sure he’ll come and go as he pleases.
  5. The Earth did a full rotation on its axis in the past 24 hours. Thank you so much Mimms for making this happen.
  6. Just said the same thing - can’t recall see any before from them during the whole process?! I recall them encouraging people to sign the fan petition
  7. I think it is without question that the club paid this groups legal fees. There are a few reasons for this I can think of: 1. The preferred legal route requires a ‘customer’ 2. They had written some letters a couple of months ago which had statutory response times, so this is the speedier route 3. Generally coordinated attack of the PL from all angles 4. To add further pressure on PL without directly antagonising them 5. To break the legal action in smaller chunks to possibly avoid lengthy pre-arguments on which courts have what jurisdiction 6. To make an early grab on all PL communications. Regardless have to move on from the idea that this is just a couple of chancers.
  8. It’s still £5m compared to £300,000 to charity which is a shame
  9. Hold on a sec, Steve Wraith is MD of Mojorisin Books. Steve Wraith = mrmojorisin ?
  10. Customers are able to engage in legal action if it affects their costs or the quality of the product. The letter isn't persuasive in that regard, then, as it doesn't establish either of those. They clearly talk about it read it again
  11. Before today my ITK ranking was: 1. Ando07 - very specific ITK but up to now infallible 2. GolfMag - clear access to interesting people who can provide useful context, but is only ever able to report on one mans version of events 3. Mimms - interesting stuff has a ring of plausibility to it but needed to have something pulled off to confirm this. Safe to say Mimms is now number one.
  12. Customers are able to engage in legal action if it affects their costs or the quality of the product.
  13. Any good lawyer would have done their checks regarding other upcoming legal action being prepared that they can join with and or piggy back so I would imagine the fan movement has the blessing of those involved
  14. Think these are the separate group of individuals that had been threatening to take the league to court.
  15. This reads a lot like your GoT predictions. I was attempting this vibe the football forum people miss this side of me
  16. They all met yesterday at SJP to watch the match on TV and agree a transitionary relationship with it looking like the lawyers will eventually do their stuff. That’s why Ashley wasn’t there yesterday. Statement will be to announce Jamie Reuben as Executive Director (Commercial and Property) who will be working alongside Charnley. That’s my prediction.
