That thought had crossed my mind. I do think Jordan Nobbs is head and shoulders above any other player on the pitch most games, but she's not suited to playing at this level, where others dont anticipate her passes, so it makes her look average.

Murphy will 100% leave in the summer too as she wanted away in Jan. That puts our squad back to 0 players who would be capable of playing in the WSL. Seen nothing in the performances since we changed manager that suggests there is a long term plan, they're clearly just happy plodding along!

Can't see it myself, she'll want champions league football if she leaves barca. I think the story has come from her being at their game yesterday, but there were a few of them there watching their ex teammates! If it does happen, then LCL have proven it can be done, so there is no reason we can't be doing it!

Any idea what stack is like to watch an away game on the tele? Thinking of going for the Villa FA cup game, but would i have to be in hours beforehand to avoid queuing round the block?

If by some miracle we got 3rd in the league, this is likely the team we would face in the play off, so the result tells its own story. A lot of championship clubs seem to be recruiting quite aggressively whilst we don't appear to be too active, so I would be (pleasantly) suprised if we finished top 3 or 4.

True, but Chelsea win the league every year (5 or 6 years in a row) and have a squad full of superstars, yet they get mostly 10-15k attendances when they play at Stamford Bridge, because they've not as consistent with their support, despite the success of the team.

It is disappointing based on previous attendances, but to put it into perspective, Man U women got about the same for their champions league game against PSG last night. Arsenal women have shown in order to build the attendances you need to be patient, but you need to be consistent! The focus on our women's team is very inconsistent, and the fact they still dont have a manager, and no one is even being linked, speaks volumes!

I went to the Etihad yesterday for the England women's game. There was hospitality EVERYWHERE! Just standing in the concourse you could see random hospitality bar/areas behind us that just fed into the same stand we were in. Also biggest thing i noticed, the Internet access was amazing! A young lad sitting next to me was obviously there against his will, and he literally watched the whole Man u game which kicked off at the same time, on his phone!!
