the cockney dwarf, he's on the dole the cockney dwarf, he's on the dole to the tune of 'geordie boys taking the piss'
-
Ashley Cole looks like such a dwarf when he's standing next to Crouch
-
uite suprised he hasn't started beckham today, he's the only player who can literally put the ball on crouch's head
-
So if Shearer keeps us up is everyone gona forget about everything that has happened this season and forgive Ashley?
-
It is bad management, but is butt so retarded that he cant work things out for himself. Do they really need someone telling them that when you are a defender short someone needs to cover for them?
-
Get the fuck in aalborg!
-
i butt starts, who will play alongside him?
-
man u tearing fulham apart

to be honest we need to beat them. Not just for the points, but so that the players can realise that they are better than the shit at the bottom of the league. If we dont beat them, we dont deserve to play in this league. Plus, we really owe them a good beating!

a shola special
-
They need to score, AC were well on top in the derby until Inter scored

This time I think they have a point. Point is both clubs (like most others at present) fear a drop in crowds as the recession bites and felt the need to act. Despite Sunderland's empty seat problem being much worse than Newcastle's and one of the worst in the PL (Boro ?) it was reported as an act of charity while Newcastle's was reported as an act of desperation. Terrible reporting bias. Because Sunderland have a history of having deals for all pockets, where as we have always whacked the price up year on year. We all loved it pre-credit crunch paying twice+ what Mackems did for there season tickets but now they have the better team & the cheaper tickets atm, which is a bit f***ing annoying. they havnt got a better team than us at the moment!

it would slow the game down far too much i think, players would find someway of using it to their advantage But could you put a keeper in the sin bin? There's a similar issue in Rugby with props and the like, they get around it by bringing on a replacement for period of the sin bin to cover that "essential" position which means that they have to chose someone else to go off for that period of time.
-
But could you put a keeper in the sin bin?

He's only 16 and he's meant to be the best of the lot (him and Bostock anyway). The way we've treated this competition is a disgrace. Not only Spurs but why do teams bother trying to get in Europe if they're not going to try win every game possible when they're in it. Full strength available team and you'd have a decent chance against an out of season Shakhtar. Fair enough if you were playing a Faroe team or something but i hope you now get hammered (not that i didn't anyway like) Ive been thinking about that today, teams go on all season about getting into europe and then as soon as they are in they whinge about fixtures. Its all about being able to tell new signings they're in europe, but then never actually playing them cos they dont want them to get injured!
-
probably thought he would have the day off. Is berbatov injured? Not even on the bench
-
If the stories were true he was going to train today and sign tonight, havent seen any news from anywhere to confirm he came over though. I'd think it will happen tmrw if its true, but I'd doubt we will throw him in against City, he might make the bench. With Taylor back i'd think we would have RB covered. whos the cover?
-
I just wish he would wait till the summer, we could do with him for the rest of the season. Plus, would hate to see them spend a fortune on another keeper (maybe buffon) in the summer and Shay end up being a back up keeper
-
good point, would love him here for 5 mil tho
-
i reckon it will be better actually - a bit too agressive though - 2 certain yellows waiting! thought i read in the journal today that smith had had a set back in his comeback
-
Sky Sports say Guthrie is out
-
Why? because pompy dont have a stadium good enough to be in the premier league
-
hull conceded 9 in 2 games, would love to see them get relegated!
