Thought he was going to score when he cut in man. Glad to see him back. Beware Mackems.
-
Who was the commentator on the big hits DVD for Our match vs Barca? I keep forgetting his name.
-
Rapinoe is actually a fantastically gifted player. I always thought she was the best in the last few tournaments, her passing and crossing were top.
-
Fucking love that trophy
-
Yeah, looked it up online and saw that. The design itself is brilliant though. And the designers of Puma look at their shit for us and go - nah man, lets add some random spikes.
-
Aguero man good lord
-
Yeah man. Obv easy to look back and bemoan but Count Sunderland away, Liverpool away, Man Utd away, Reading home and Wigan away and we're right around Liverpool too. Our inability to get a tie out of losses at times killed us.

I got the bedlam part right about this goal. hah!
-
Certainly was, just read the match report and we had 20 shots, 10 on target (I know, stats don't tell the whole story etc..) compared to their 5 and 3. Was one of those "we are never going to score!" games but sometimes I forget we have Papiss '90+' Cisse I can't stop watching AP and 90+ celebrating man so amazing

Warming up for next week if needed.
-
You forget he's 23 at times - he's going to be unreal as he continues to develop in the PL and understand his game better. That scowl he has on 100% of the time is priceless.
-
I've never noticed him ever trying to hide. He's constantly showing for the ball College man, he runs himself into the ground every single time he's on the pitch man. Mick knows
-
Of course, just saying my personal thoughts.
-
He just struts about the pitch like a boss. Wish we had him here tbh.
-
I've said it before, and I'll say it again - this man doesn't hide. He works his socks off for us in whatever position he's asked to play and was vital today. There's obviously better players at our club who should be playing over him when fit, but today was a match we needed Jonas and he didn't hide from that.
-
I loved seeing him floating about though on left right an centre
-
I'm not hearing any of that nonsense. That goal was brilliant and he celebrated like any one of us. He's our number 9 and our main man.
-
Me too, although sometimes you just want to rip his neck off because of some of his decisions you just have to love him. No. Pure love. No angst ever. That fucking celebration man.
-
Hope he fucking destroys it tomorrow. SJP in absolute bedlam too

I continue to think that with how shrewd and calculated we are from a scouting and player recruitment perspective - outsiders look in and admire our ability to acquire these talented players for the prices we do. Then you look at us from an actual playing side and AP is terribly letting the recruitment side down with where we are in the league, poor tactics and football. It just seems like our missing piece is the manager - he just doesn't fit the way everything looks about our club. Maybe he did last season with how we finished and his more fearless outlook - but the man is a shadow of what he was in terms of his confidence and ability to boost the general public's opinion of him or the team. Bring in a man who looks at our squad, sees our potential and how to utilize the talent we have and looks at the top of the table down and is fearless. Your Bielsa, Rudi Garcia, Jorge Jesus' of the world (and many of the managers out there) would seem to be ideal for us. One can only dream I guess - I haven't a clue who would come here mind
-
A manager who could get the best out of our top players (and is tactically astute) and is up for the challenge and fight against your Man City (a) of the world. Honestly no idea, but someone punching above their weight in their league with less investment than the big boys. So if thats someone from Spain, Portugal, France, or Germany - bring them on.
