not sure how he gets away with it in Brazil too. Takes balls. Also what the fuck are Brazil up to tonight at home.

How is that ever anything other than a yellow card in regular play anywhere else.

De Paul is a cuck of epic proportions.

An absolute fucking joke like. Fucking joke.

That’s never a red in a million fucking years.

and unlike some of the other 30 something’s in our team he actually has bags of pace and strength.

It’s all weird. Like walls closing in and circular to me. For the most part, prior to any rules truly being in place - have at it. Then someone said nah it needs to be sustainable. Okay fine that makes sense you don’t want to bankrupt clubs because that ultimately hurts the fans. But an often posted thought needs to be said again, there was no fair market value or inter company / related party red tape limiting growth before. Now there is. And it seemingly is all motivated to stop anyone disrupting the main pack + their London friends. (palace). It’s crooked as fuck.

Those fuckers don’t have any money

Didn’t Liverpool go and hire Rafa and we hired Souness? We were a season too late on Mourinho too who went to Chelsea earlier right?

Imperative we get the #6 role on Jan 1. Hopefully we we hear the deal has been agreed in principle in December and that it will go thru Jan 1. if we’re having this much of an issue with injuries we’re going to need someone to sit and protect the back line and let the 8s, wingers and CF do the pushing up.

Based off that way he landed on his foot and hyperextended that knee v Liverpool, have to assume he has low-grade ligament damage that can heal itself with rest and treatment, in most cases. That probably is taking way longer than they imagined (you wonder if they tried the surgery immediately, he’d probably be back by now?)

Can we just sign Papisto for this run?
-
If VAR is doing it like that, for all teams and goals. Then it’s working great.

At 23 I was ultra ultra career focused 8a to 7-8p at night and then after it was bars till 2 am

We have no #10s now but back under Pardew we had like 10

Timo Werner would be a pressing monster under Eddie.

Aye, we’ve played 2 truly awful matches that resulted in 0 points; 1 that we were fine for 70+ odd mins that went from 3 to 0 points and then 20 or so combined minutes away from having 6 points turn to 2 points. All with the congested fixtures and toughest domestic league + cup, and European fixtures in any of the top leagues ++ the injuries/suspension to about a dozen of our first team players of which a handful of them are legit starting players and of that group 3-4 those are foundational pieces of our team. I’d say we’re doing fucking mint all things considered. With better luck in the injury front we’d be doing better.

We’re at home. We’re different animals at home.

Pretty Sure Ashworth was coming out early and acknowledging something that was already likely scheduled/about to be scheduled/been bitched about by other clubs before hitting the press.

Chiesa (can play both sides), but perhaps its Raphina, Xavi Simons, Michael Olise? Could probably say Simons and Olise are various stages of development. Yeah, I don't disagree. I think the cost of wingers continue to rise - the Palmer deal reminds me of Bruno. Randomly low price for someone so talented.

our RW signing has to be an elite RW and likely needs to be Isak type money IMHO.

I think that bit of experience and intelligene (esp in our league) is what our CM is missing most. Insert Philips into 1-0 v Liverpool, 2-1 v West Ham and 2-1 v Wolves (obv if he was fit) and I'd tell you thats +7 points. What he does in those matches is what we're lacking when closing out games. Would say the above applies to Ruben Neves too.
