NBC's main guy is Arlo White right now and they'll most likley add more talent or do what Fox generally does and use the feed's commentators from Europe ie: I have the Sky commentary team I believe. Could be as simple as his number plate which has dodgy spacing and therefore doesn't match his documents etc. Driving without insurance I'm guessing, it was mentioned he wasn't insured, or at least insured properly. Hopefully that's all it is. "Fraudulent Driving Offenses" sounds horrible to fair. Hopefully its something as simple as you both had mentioned. Just find that wording of the offense to be fucking awful.
