I've been saying for a long time that Shay's line dwelling costs us goals. Practically all the defenders played a part in their first goal but the ball travelled across the 6 yard box where Shay should really come off his line. Similar story with the second goal. From the position of the header any shot on target would most likely go in. Shay has always played a part in our poor defensive displays.

i guess you could add bramble to that list as well to be honest since on his day he is actually a quality CB. just doesnt have those days often. Our biggest problem is that most of the time its only really one player at a time in our team thats "on his day" I think Bramble normally does better in Europe. Aye we've had some great performances in Europe over the years and Bramble's played an integral role. The question is can he go through 6 Europeans games without a costly clanger?

Wow I've agreed with HTT twice on the same day!!! Thinking about it, for a team with such solid names in midfield and attack- we aint half shit.

Hoyte looked good when I first saw him but how was he at the Mackems? Has he learnt how to defend?

All of our attacking players (minus Sib add Solano) are fairly experienced players who have shown they can play in a bigger team/bigger level.

We won't finish in the top 7 this season.
