  1. He’s quick too tbf. Reminds me of Longstaff. But quicker. QUALITY. None whatsoever.
  2. A lot of energy, work rate and quick very quick. Wanted to make things happen. Broke up a lot of attacks. Still don’t see QUALITY. But he fits in well. It’s great to have a bit of depth. Would start him ahead of Murphy next time out.
  3. Looked a bit quicker today I thought. Nicely taken goal.
  4. Nah with ASM and Isak’s movement we are back to creating.
  5. Tbf most players of that ilk are like that. McTominay would fit right in. Gundogan would have 12 goals in this team easy.
  6. It’s the ones not even on target that burn. Except that close range Willock one. Anywhere not right at him on target and it’s a goal
  7. Hey man, we’re better than these. Weghorst. Sabitzer and Bruno have been awful. We need to score while all 3 of them are still on.
  8. His injury record might work out in our favour. I’m a massive fan and I wouldn’t want us to build a team around him. Far too injury prone.
  9. If the price is under £35m we’ll be at risk of Spurs or Arsenal or type like going ‘might as well’ and getting him just because it’s good value. I don’t think Arsenal sign Trossard for £50m. But at the price they got him for - it’s a no brainer.
  10. Also Chelsea need a strong manager not just a good coach. So many players and personalities and egos. They need someone to come in and say ‘these are my 25 - sorry Todd, the other 50 can get fooked’.
  11. Foreign managers don’t get any slack for how bad their clubs are. Potter seems to be a good coach and at least a decent manager. In another setup he might do a great job. But on its own merits, he’s stinking this job out and there’s room for improvement in the dug out for sure. I would like to see him in another good job. But tbh - he doesn’t deserve it anymore than a Nuno.
  12. Media are relatively quiet about how much better Emery is doing compared to Gerrard.
  13. Sad to hear. Common story. He’s fortunate he still has a fairly high profile career in football and is likely taking in a 6-figure income atm. If he’s any cop as a coach he’ll be alright long term.
  14. Potter is doing a terrible job. If he was Portuguese or something he would be getting slated in the media. Nuno had done very good jobs at Wolves and Valencia. 4 months at Spurs and everyone said he wasn’t up to the challenge. Potter has stunk it out even longer and people think he could walk into the Spurs job.
  15. Looks as good as he did when he was a Pro which speaks to how he’s taking care of himself. Honestly, that UAE lifestyle for an ex-pro with money is better than in the UK as an ex-pro.

  17. He was very unlucky not to get 25+ points in the last DGW
  18. Gabriel > Shaw Saka > Bruno I'm thinking this. There's a haul in waiting for both players i'm taking out.
  19. I spent much of last season around there and ended up "slumping" to 60k OR. Felt like such a massive failure at the time. Being at 350k now really puts things into perspective. -12 to bench boost...hmm... Who is going out?
  20. Aiming for a top 10 NO league finish. Think last year I was 6 or 7. This week i'm bench boosting. Could roll a transfer or -4.
  21. Burn is a better player. Particularly on the ball. But Dummett was much better 1v1.
