    Injuries and poor loan moves have affected him. Probably will never be a world beater that he looked capable of becoming though. But can still be a good top flight striker imo.

    This is the thing..... some fans have a lot of players down as either crap or good. Little middle ground. Little thought about form or much else. I criticism a fair number of our players but few of them/if any are plain crap.

    His best run of league form since the start of last season is 6 in 12. He needs to do that consistently but I can't see it.

    I wouldn't say Anita is creative. But he keeps the game ticking nicely with quick, short, midrange passing. Gets us moving up the pitch. Cabaye has a bit of the Gerrard about him with the final balls, hollywood balls, shooting etc. Anita's probably more useful with the ball withni our half and the centre circle

    I wouldn't give him a run in the middle as his finishing is surprisingly worse than even Cisse's at the minute. Disgusting miss from him last night. But it's not is it. 2 league goals compared to 0.

    Cisse started last season shit too, missing penalties that we gave him to boost his confidence. And despite that Pardew still dropped Ba to the bench who had scored a couple goals compared to Cisse's 0. It was only then, sometime in October that Cisse played on the wing. He was playing shit anyway./ Yesterday was generally better from Cisse but when he gets 1 golden chance he needs to put them away... his overall contribution is okay at best otherwise
