Yes, his role seems to be the right-sided Jonas most games. We haven't really seen what he's made of as a CF except against Morecambe where he hardly got a kick before being subbed in the second half. And you're wondering why he's hardly featured as a CF? Tbf M'Biwa was the worst player on the pitch for that game. And debuchy was terrible.

Sneijder and Robben were both excellent too but again didn't get any respect so sold them and won CL with their new clubs Also even Zidane wasn't at his best in Madrid.... for me the best of his career came at Juventus. Sneijder has never been a true excellent player except for 18 months with Jose. Robben was brilliant for them aye. As was Higuain who was very popular with the fans. As is Di Maria, Alonso etc. The fans like any player with heart that performs well like any other.

He was 1 in 2 pretty much every season he played a good amount of games in. In his club career he's got 222 goals in 482 appearances. That's pretty bloody good. Technically, like any L'pool youth academy product he was sound. Zidane he was not but his all-round game was leagues ahead of the likes of Defoe, Bent or Cisse. A better striker and footballer than the likes of Pippo Inzaghi imo.

He's becoming a pretty rugged PL fullback and I like it.

Really? Suarez is a much better player than Benzema. With Benzema you don't know what you're going to get week from week. He's still got time to improve. But Suarez is the real deal, finished article. With Suarez they have a great chance to make that 20m up by qualifying for the CL. With Benzema, I doubt they would get the CL this season highly.

He also has a habit of getting the ball then he decides what his next move is. When you watch Ozil, Mata, Oscar they're already on the turn or trying to make a pass. Hatem gets the ball then looks to see if he can beat his man. Don't think he's even a #10

I like Marv but it isn't going to work out. Ideally he should get a game when Pards feels like Siss is a #10 but it hasn't happened thus far and it won't happen.

I don't get this, they are out of the relegation spots (just), and they have had a couple of decent results against top teams. So far he is doing everything asked of him, and thats keep Cardiff up. The guy will have huge amount of respect as he was the one who got them up when other managers have tried and failed. I don't see how he can currently be under enough pressure to give him the sack. It indicates even poorer leadership from the manager then. I'm not privy to what goes on in the dressing room but Pardew sure is. Alex Ferguson used to show players with poor commitment the door, not hand them the captain's armband. True. But Alex Ferguson had full control of the team. Pardew doesn't. Ferguson could sell Stam for 16m and eventually sign his replacement for 30m. If Pardew sold Colo, he doesn't know who if anyone will come in.

Would be nice if our captain watched our matches at the stadium when injured. I doubt Vincent Kompany spends a month in Belgium when injured if it isn't needed. You can't even get John Terry to not wear a kit when he's not even be picked to play. It does indicate poor leadership.
