  1. Can’t see Shelvey getting back in tbh. Longstaff is more mobile, more aware and is making better decisions, he can mix his passing up and with Lejuenne and Scharr behind him he has the option to lay off to them for them to ping a ball. Lejuenne hits a cross field diagonal Kenny Wharton would be proud of......for me, Longstaff and Ki would potentially make a good pairing. Longstaff likes sitting a little deeper and Ki would benefit by playing a little higher up the pitch. Hayden is doing well however, I think Ki would link in with Perez and Almiron much better. Shelvey will be binned in the summer and rightly so he's bang average. This lad has all the attributes he doesn't He will turn into Rafas Geordie Stevie G if Rafa stays
  2. It's okay hopefully Matt Ritchie is fucked off in the summer he's absolute garbage really
  3. Maybe not but if bobby had what keegan had no one would have touched us wed have pissed that league for 2 or 3 seasons. Keegans time was unbelievable fun and ultimately typical nufc disappointment but tactically he wasn't on the same planet as Bobby Bobby would'nt have touched us with a bargepole when you consider where Keegan picked us up from quite astounding what he achieved and how far he lifted us dont think anybody else could have done it. I was referring more to the opinion that if bobby was manager for 94/95 or 95/96 or 96/97 with that squad hed have won the league no doubt on at least 2 occasions He was streets ahead as a tactician than Keegan was, When the going got tough with Keegan he crumbled as we seen after the Leeds Game. He was all good when everything was going great and running along smoothly but with other clubs not only us and England of course when things got tough he chucked it

  5. The mewnwark That's absolutely fucking disturbing please tell me this isn't a hired children's entertainer
  6. Willie Mckay is an utter shithouse
  7. We had our own section in the Roker end what a day that was
  8. The warm balls will be in full effect to make it a Man Utd v Man City final
  9. I watched half the game last night, first time I've watched them since we played them, fuck me that was some kind of eye aids! They are definitely at their level, they didn't deserve to win that and over a course of a season you are where you deserve to be, they'll be lucky to go up. They can bleat on about only losing 2 but out of 31 games against shite they have failed to win 50% of them That's fucking atrocious and shows that they are at their true level and not even a decent league 1 side
  10. Oh the humanity if they lose and they are due a home loss to be honest RTG would be priceless No chance they will lose, division 3 is so shit they could end with only 2 defeats all season yet still be in th3 play offs , think they will win 2-0 or 3-0 , surely They might have only lost twice but they have failed to win half of their games They could have lost 8 times and probably still be in the same position
  11. Oh the humanity if they lose and they are due a home loss to be honest RTG would be priceless
  12. Double Wembley defeat to Portsmouth would be lovely
  13. Looking at this weekends FA Cup fixtures there is a possibility that 6 out of the 8 quarter finalists are from outside of the premier league. Yet we still fuck on and throw this competition out of the window
  14. Probably getting fucked in front of the fire
  15. Inability to score more than 1 in a game is very very worrying we are always on the edge of the precipice of having 3 points turn into 1. Other than the Cardiff game weve never felt comfortable going into the last 20 minutes We need to start scoring goals or I fear it could fuck us
  16. 14 more points will be safe If we cant beat Huddersfield at home though we don't deserve to stay up
  17. Paging geordiedean[/member] & AsprillasShinPad[/member], lend us your ears. And rears. My spider senses are tingling
  18. Not very, they'll just go up next season. They're still the biggest club in the league by a mile Doesn't mean nothing took Leeds 3 years to get out and Sheffield united about 6 or 7
  19. Between Fat Fred and Souness you just know there were some brown envelopes exchanged somewhere along the line
  20. 5 wins and its safe simple or 15 points as they come
  21. Fucks sake man.. so not record signing ans saved 6m to go into summer spending 6m doesn't even get you half of a ched Evans
  22. Why wouldn't he just get a majority stake now if that was the case much like the Thai lot did with Leicester when they were in League 1 Don't think this guy is interested unless they are a premier league club
  23. Spent 73% of the league spending Only 4th in the league had 12 1-1 draws where they have come from behind to get that draw in only 4 Cant keep clean sheets and are now struggling to score more than 1 goal per game for nearly 2 months if these don't go up this year then they will be fucked really Ross will get peddled and they could be down there for years as the 3 teams coming down from the championship will be stronger than them Don't win on Tuesday which it will be a tough game as they are in form and they can kiss goodbye to top 2 imo Happy days
  24. We need a least 4 wins and a couple of draws or 5 wins to survive imo. We must beat Huddersfield and Southampton at home that's absolutely vital then we need to not get beat off Brighton away and Fulham away The other wins hopefully can come from Burnley at Home and Palace at home If we can somehow win on Monday though it will be massive
  25. Its simple for me we beat Burnley,Huddersfield,Southampton,Fulham and Palace we stay up we may only need to win 4 more not 5 depending on Cardiff and Fulham
