Feel like this formation is the problem. Two, narrow, defensive midfielders who don't look for the ball. I'd kick Rice off for sure. England should focus on width with the fullbacks, bring Raheem and Sancho in a bit and get Kane dropping deeper to link play. Feel like he's forced mount in to the side and its really not working.
