It's the f***ing Sports Direct colours. Horror kit. Pink, Navy and White? Looks nothing like Sports Direct Pink? Isn't that Red? Red, white and the wonga blue becomes Sports Direct.

Valdivia getting loads of praise in Brazilian newspapers
-
Biglia and Zabaleta in for Roncaglia and Banega tonight apparently. Has Banega ever performed for Argentina. Such an up and down player.

Would be great for Sweden if they qualified and brought Zlatan with them to Brazil.

U21 Euro's with 4 spots for the Olympics at game starts tomorrow as well. So much football at the moment
-
WC U-20 semifinals tomorrow morning. Brazil v Senegal Serbia v Mali Brazil should be favourites but U20s at these stages are always decided by penalties pretty much.

That's old as hell isn't it Still rather funny.

Remember that one against Bayern. Remember thinking it was a Cisse goal as well Technically it's excellent but I'm sure he didn't actually mean to hit it like that.

I really struggle to see some of the negativity with the guy. It's a bit more of a gamble, but I like the look of the guy myself. Fantastic awareness in the box. It's up to the manager to get us playing so we create the chances for him. I agree about his mobility too. Looks a good athlete, with some quickness. How much have you seen from him apart from a three minute Dennis Wise scouting session? I am yet to see the first person who actually follows German or Dutch football suggest he is good enough for the PL. Luuk de Jong, who has had a similar career, is a better forward imo. Haven't seen Luuk apart from when he was here, but yeah Bas Dost has been on great form for Wolfsburg for 3-4months or so but still looked absolutely disgusting in general play and before that. Not sure he's an actual footballer. He'll be another Riviere I'd guess if he arrived.

Great feat by Bolivia. They'll hope Colombia loses to Brazil which will pretty much qualify them.
-
Ecuador pulled one back straight away. Can't see them not scoring at least one more time in this game. Might end up 3-3 or 4-3 to Ecuador this. Look much much better.
-
Probably going to end up playing Venezuela or something in the quarters as well
-
Bolivia. This is class. Ecuador is a decent side usually.
-
Scored, had to retake it, missed.
-
Bolivia up 2-0 against Ecuador at the moment. Fucks up with this Copa America?
-
Valencia have signed Rodrigo Caio from Sao Paulo for €12.5m. No idea about him, but seemed highly rated before getting injured last season.

Never get tired of your posts man.

Looking at the draw this tournament is really set up for Chile to play at the final isn't it? Hope Uruguay can snatch a draw against the Argies or it looks like Brazil v Argentina in the semi's. Winner from Brazil's group have the toughest way as the winner could potentially have to play Uruguay, Argentina and then Chile to win it.

Not a CM though. Unless he sees his potential there and he's been used wrongly by both club and u20s. More of a AM/RW type of player from the very little I've seen of him.
-
The guy seems able to put the ball in the back of the net. That's really what we need at the moment with Cisse being a liability and Riviere being the worst finisher I've ever seen.

Yeah we're done with midfielders at the moment. Luiz Gustavo is much better than he gets recognition for but that's all. Fernandinho is declining lately (still like him though). Glad that the U-20 seemed to have two players that I thought looked very good in midfield, Danilo and Jaja. Here's to hoping Casemiro or Lucas Silva develop at Real Madrid to great midfielders, because we're seriously in need of them. As for strikers, Spain stole our only one. Finders keepers! I really don't rate Casemiro - I guess he can go on to become a good holding mid with a great engine but that's it. Haven't seen enough from Lucas Silva since he was pretty much pulled out after a couple of bad games - which was understandable since he'd just arrived at the club. Yeah never rated Casemiro either, but been reading upon him having a great season at Porto, so maybe that can start his career. They'll both obviously play 2nd fiddle to Kroos and Modric, but think Lucas Silva looked a very composed player but just didn't have that extra bit of confidence. Think loaning him out to a team like Porto or Benfica could be great for him and for Real. He needs playing time in Europe and he won't be getting that with this Real side at the moment. Neymar has 44goals and 25 assists in 65 games for the nt. It's just ridiculous, and it's not like he has only scored against terrible teams. 3 in 5 in Copa America, 4 in 5 in WC and 4 in 5 in Confederations Cup along with goals against Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Franc eand Portugal in friendlies.
