Only problem is Roma overachieved last season and Inter were magnificient. Milan relies heavily on Thiago Silva and Nesta at the back since they cover all the four spots at back since their fullbacks are pure crap. Without them they won't win anything. They can take Zlatan out and put someone like Inzaghi or Pato when not injured and still win the same amount of games. But you take out Nesta or TSilva and put on Sokratis and they're shit. I genuinely believe Spurs will win 3-1 on agg.

I believe that if we can keep this up and be 7th-8th by January than it would be stupid of Ashley not to try and invest in bringing some young players such as Toivonen to the club. Toivonen will look at it as we're a club on the up and be attracted by us. However, if we don't invest at all as Ashley will probably think everything is perfect at the club as we're 7th-8th I can see us having a very tough spring. Players I'd try to sign that are realistic: Seb Larsson Toivonen Adam Johnson (loan) - probably not very realistic but who knows. Brunt - If West Brom starts to falter now in the coming weeks. Moussa Sow - 13 goals in 16 matches for Lille he's 24 and maybe isn't realistic but wouldn't hurt to try.

I think Nolan is a better finisher than Cahill. Nolan puts away basically every chance he gets. The thing with Cahill is he's much more involved and get at the end of every cross into the box. Lampard is a threat from everywhere as he's a much better player, but Nolan is so composed in front of goal like you said that i'd say he's the best midfield finisher.

What I love the most about this team though is that no one is so shit that its unbearable to watch in our starting 11. I mean we have no Butt who tried to be Ronaldinho, no Edgar or that kid Huntington. No Carr, no Andy O'Brien (well sure our centrehalves can have shit games but nowhere near Andy consistent fucking up). We have Simpson who's a decent right back. Enrique who's a very good left back. Centrehalves who might not be world beaters but gets on with it. Midfield the same. Our only problem is Ameobi but he stills scores the odd goal and has the odd good game. This is a bunch of players who you enjoy watching as they're focused and give 100% most of the time. And they play well against the big teams which is a plus. It's not the most talented squad, but hell they're fun to support.
