It's not like. Lejeune's injured until the very late stages of the season and Dummett can't play centre half when he's the only senior left back on the books. You can't go into a Premier League season with only 3 available centre halves. You can't go with only 1 left back either like but here we are. Well, exactly. We should be aiming to buy an LB instead of another CB imo. Dummett as a 2nd choice LB and 4th choice CB this season wouldn't have been too shabby.

Took over the mantle when Williamson left. The technically weakest player in the entire league. Agreed. Although at least Dummett can defend a bit.

Weird signing. Already have Clarke, Lascelles, Schär, Lejeune (despite being injured) and Dummett that could possibly do a job as 4th choice CB. Really needed to improve other areas for this season. Paperthin across the midfield.

He's talented, sure. But he only scored 5 goals in 38 games and didn't look that great. That's insane money. I should probably try to put myself on the footballing market. I mean, seems like clubs will pay a lot of money for a Brazilian independently of whether they're good footballers or not.

He's a proven goalscorer as well though. He's not as direct as Cristiano, but surely him with Bale, Benzema, Isco, Asensio and Lucas they don't get much worse. He'll score a shit load in La Liga as well. can he make the jump from sub 20 goals a season to plus 30/40? i really don't see it but who knows they need neymar imo At his best he scored 16 at Chelsea, he could easily score 25+ in the La Liga especially in a side that is so dominant such as Real.
