And that from our 'preferred media partner', that status should change pretty rapidly. The lad is getting a proverbial bad press.

Aside from the fact he had the least amount of reds and yellows per game last season, I'd be included to agree with you Really? Must have been told to step it up then. Been atrocious today. Both ways. Only because he was shit scared to use a card after this.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2586769/Kieran-Gibbs-mistakenly-sent-Alex-Oxlade-Chamberlain-handball.html Clearly still trying to make things right.

You can't teach decision making to a footballer? Is it the magic ingredient that you just have or dont? Hello mr Pardew. I'd agree with Polic like. Obviously coaching can improve a player's decision making but much of it is down to vision and ability to read the game in a split second, which is largely innate in my opinion. Spot on. Difference between a natural and very good player is one had to slog a lot harder to get there. That said, there has also been some shocking wastes of talent through insufficient application.

That's just unbelievable.

I can't help but think Perez is the perfect foil for him.

Krul Debuchy Mbemba Colo Enrique Tiote Cabaye Wijnaldum Ben Arfa Perez (Remy) Mitrovic (Ba) Don't care if we haven't seen Mitro yet, temper aside he's going to be a powerhouse.

Mitrovic trying to intercept, I was waiting for him to deck someone.

Dumps Abeid, plays Obertan. One might think his assesment of players is a little superficial.

Needs to start, will McClaren have the cajones to set him loose against Man Utd?

Agree with this. No-one to try and calm things down. Swansea pushed us until we were getting scared of the ball. No cohesion.

Steve Black's will have his work cut out lifting them if this continues. Pardew McClaren needs to pick a better team and put Colback on ice for a game or 36.

I watched the Chelsea Swansea game and thought we would be exposed as 'not ready' today. Then seeing Everton beat Southampton 3-0 it doesn't bode well for the next few fixtures, if not the best part of the season.
