Out of his depth doesn't have to mean "can he achieve the minimum the owner requires" though. If you have a good enough squad and low enough expectations then even a manager who's generally out of his depth in a certain league can achieve what's required of him. He's out of his depth in that he's far below the quality required to bring out the potential of our squad.

Nah I doubt it personally. I think what might happen is they'll ask for 14m Euro's, we know they'll likely accept 10m Euros but we'll offer 8m Euros. By the end of the window we'll have reached 9.5m but won't go any higher and it likely won't get accepted.

I would love Nigel de Jong Worst post of the year. He's a very good player He's a horrible c*** who deliberately f***ed up one of our players. Is there a massive difference between de Jong's and Debuchy's tackle I'd have to look at Debuchy's tackle again to judge it, of course one big difference is he got the ball cleanly and made no contact with the player. Was still a red just because it could have gone so wrong but at least this shows his intent was always only to win the ball. De Jong however had a history of going out to hurt people and it just so happens he takes our best player out of the game by accident..
