this is a point my pro-pardew mate makes in his defence and i can't find a counter-argument - if it's all pardew why are they just carrying on with it like drones? It would take a full on mutiny of basically every player to have a positive impact. If only some players decide to play their own game you just end up with a mess, its a team game after all.

Pardew not being there would be a significant enough difference in itself, just the absence of his broken thinking and utter negativity. A few games ago I would have agreed that sacking him before the end of the season was probably a bad idea, but not now. Yeah you'll often see Darren Bent scoring goals out of nothing like He has some similarities to Bent in the way he plays. Though he did get involved a lot more with our play when he first arrived, so it could be Pardews instructions and formation that have changed that.

The four years he was here he played well in the Championship and in a very short spell in the Premier League while the team was on a high (and his contract was running out), for the rest of the time he was crap. Our goals per game ratio is actually only marginally lower since Ba left. But our goals have certainly dried up in the last 7 games. Only once before this season have we scored as few as we have in the last 7 (which was October to November 2012).
