Get in, another random reference to an old player.
-
My feeling as well, and I never usually complain about refs. He was beyond awful. We can't complain about dodgy decisions against Everton tbf. Not this season, no. Which makes a nice change
-
not so sure about. that was a pen for the foul on shola, would've put us 2 up. biggest decision in the game and he got it wrong, good game apart from that.

Obafemi Sunday / Mr Sundlofer and maybe one or two other names. Nobody exciting. -
I don't think I've ever seen a team in the PL _choose_ to play with a back 3, would love to see us try it... if we had the personnel for it anyway (us having 3 good and healthy centerbacks, haha). Wigan say "hi".

Pienaar was a class above anyone else on the field, but Fellaini was also impressive despite being offside an awful lot. Thought they were the pick.
-
But, but, Brendan Rodgers is a joke man. He says "okay" a lot and touches young lads' faces more often than any man of his age should, but it's undeniable that he's got a philosophy and it's starting to show in fits and spurts.
-
Still not having it. Moved to a 3 from a 2 and feel dirty all over.
-
And another. He's jumped to the top of my shitlist in double-quick time. Impressive.
-
We owe these cunts one man, we have to go there with as strong a team as we can muster and go for the win.
-
I can remember these same concerns being expressed about Marveaux. marveaux had already done it at a higher level. some in france had been tipping him as an outsider for the french squad. And he was class on FM.
-
Not come close to his 1st seaon form for a couple of years now. Since his first season, then?
-
An attacking midfielder who doesn't get stuck in. What a wanker he is.

You're on a fucking tear lately

People can say our midfield is functioning fine but people are overlooking what Cabaye does defensively. I'm sure there was a stat which said he made the most tackles in our team last year. Sure he was in the top 5 for tackles made in the whole PL last year. He was top. 10. Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur) – 96 Tackles 9. Marouane Fellaini (Everton) – 99 Tackles 8. Alex Song (Arsenal) – 100 Tackles 7. Youssuf Mulumbu (West Bromwich Albion) – 101 Tackles 6. Patrice Evra (Manchester United) – 104 Tackles 5. Maynor Figueroa (Wigan Athletic) – 107 Tackles 4. Scott Parker (Tottenham Hotspur) – 107 Tackles 3. Joe Allen (Swansea City) – 110 Tackles 2. Moussa Dembélé (Fulham) – 113 Tackles 1. Yohan Cabaye (Newcastle United) – 116 Tackles http://www.barriesview.com/2012/05/premier-league-201112-most-frequent-tacklers He's still shit and invisible though. /moron

I'd play if they asked like.
-
I dunno. We might just hang on until June and go with Cisse, Shola and Ranger.
-
Was waiting for the Gouffran link. Contract up in June and is another striker who can play on either side.

Gaël Bigirimana rejoins Coventry on a permanent basis

He should have been in alongside Tiote with Marveaux pushed out right. I'd even have accepted Anita playing towards the right. -
He hasn't like, he's still been doing that side of the game to a fairly impressive degree. He was bad tonight in most aspects, though, and he has had numerous absolutely dogshit moments in games since the season began. He's misplacing too many simple passes/losing the ball and then losing his head far too frequently, basically.
-
Amazed at that approach and performance after the way we played in the last two games. I cannot work Pardew out at all.

How in the name of all that is fuck did this lad not start? I know he's a young lad and all that, but can't help but feel our total deviation from trying to play the football we did away at Man Utd and Arsenal was in part down to him being missing from the midfield. Always wants the ball, tends to use it well and generally plays a big part in keeping us moving and ticking over. Thought he even managed to look half-decent at doing this by the time he came on tonight, but by then everything else had gone to shit. Incredulous that Ameobi started ahead of keeping Bigi in the team. -
People should know who to listen to by now.
