'kin hell, feels like an Ice Age since the last Saturday 3pm game NUFC played.

You're better off trying to find parking in North Harrow (one stop on from Harrow on the Hill) on a nearby residential road. Just be careful because the Met Line splits in two after HotH, so make sure your train isn't headed to Uxbridge or the next stop on will be West Harrow (which isn't massively far from North Harrow either tbf, so you could walk it ). HotH is next to a shopping centre and bus depot. There's not much car parking around there.

Shak told me but I didn't believe it. 100% going to be a thread on here covering your arrival at Newcastle airport with grainy photos anarl Wew.

So annoying when the crowd get on his back. Think he needs to be used when the game is stretched. Playing him against a team who are themselves playing on the counter, where he is doubled up is a really low-probability option in terms of yielding success.
-
Wonder if we ought to switch him to the left for a bit. He seems stuck in a bit of a rut. Working hard without any cutting edge.
-
Yeah had two or three yards on him. Good finish for the opener but that chance was a dream for Wilson.

Thought Gordon look really incisive and positive when he came on. Looks like most of the team have been running themselves into the ground for half the season. Bit of spark gone. Almiron is still running hard but doesn't look a threat again. No faulting commitment, just a bit flat all round. Last 20 minutes were decent. Far be it from lowly me to criticise Eddie Howe, but I think he's deploying ASM all wrong.

It's mental, no matter how hard Liverpool consistently falter this season, I'm utterly convinced they'll turn it on and play like Brazil 1970 against Newcastle.

or a postponement of one game due to inclement weather

Assume there's no chance of getting a ticket for a reasonable price, so I'm gonna head down to Wembley during the day (about 10 minutes away) then bugger off home an hour before kickoff for a pre-match dump.

That's such a nice parting message, man.

I like that he knows the second half was shit.

With the incredible progress of this team over the course of barely over a year, it's easy to forget how little big match experience they have as a group - where the stakes are high and all the marbles are for play. This game was definitely a timely reminder. I do have faith Howe will learn from this. This will all be character-building for future seasons. This won't be the last final. Having said that, delighted.
