Twente, Ajax, Man City (to qualify) and Under 2.5 goals in Milan-Bari

Off the top of my head Benzema, Khedira and Marcelo fluffed chances at the end, but you're right Neil. Not shutting up shop though.
-
Wasn't really a shut up shop situation tbh, you angry chap. Assumed you didn't watch it. They played possession football and went forward often albeit without busting a gut.
-
Adebayor looks so out of place.
-
What a hit by Ozil.
-
Damn it, was tempted by Benzema in both halves at 11/2. Who said he wouldn't make their La Liga FF team again?
-
Yup. That Di Maria dive was embarrassing.

To win about a tenner? Yup! Placed out of boredom after I forgot to put a bet on for any of the 3 o'clocks.

Got 70 on Real Madrid.

If you add up the Rooney elbow, Scholes red today, Rafael's challenge v Liverpool... and god knows how many other decisions no one has bothered to keep track of, the season could be so very different. So little attention on this though.

Well, even if they sub 3 off the pitch - they still have four

That is bizarre, like. Maybe he realises how fragile his defence is without a Ferdinand-Vidic partnership at the back, and he's just going to try and rattle/get in the faces of the exhausted/depleted Arsenal team.

Which teams would you like to see promoted from the Championship?

Bolton having a cracking season. Good league form, entertaining to watch and a cup run. The pall cast by Allardyce's presence has well and truly lifted - don't hate them anymore (not a great fan mind you, and still want gleeful revenge against them next season! )
-
Damn you Lee!

Replay would be good news for us.

Enjoyable read (not in a malicious way, obviously!). Big fan of Olivier and Lolo

I'd have Campbell over Taylor for this match (if we are playing 3 at the back, that is). They're both pretty hefty, but Campbell has more experience/brains than Taylor. When we lost the plot in the home fixture against Stoke, we could have used someone with Campbell's experience to sort us out for their set plays. It was embarrassing watch Kenwyne Jones repeatedly go unmarked for about ten minutes straight of set pieces. No one knew who the hell they were supposed to be marking. Stoke won't offer much threat on the ground/by way of nippy forwards - which eliminates Campbell's biggest weakness - an agile forward with a turn of pace. This is all academic though, because for Pardew I'd imagine 5.5 year contract Taylor > Campbell.

We're playing Stoke at the Britannia, I think that ship has sailed.........

Abate has done well.

Can't believe Milan haven't scored.
